So some time last year, I planted little aubergines, mostly cause the flowers were pretty, they were on sale, and I kinda figured they wouldn't do anything.
Fast forward today and I have little adorable aubergines. (I think they're ichiban nasu?) But, uhh, when do I pick? I don't eat aubergines, so I can't really tell if they're "shiny" and I don't really expect them to get very big. I do see that on the bottom, there's a white spot with green in it. I really don't expect for them to get full size, most things I grow are kinda miniature. When do you think I should pick them?
