Once I finished school, I told myself I'd finally start working out again, not only to get in shape for summer and what not but because my job sometimes demands that I be physically strong.
So I'm looking for some good exercises for my stomach (below the belly button), sides, lifting my bum, arms and inner thighs.
My work out so far consists of a 'My Routine' on Wii Fit which focuses on those areas, then I go for about a 20 minute power walk (for now) on the treadmill.
but any good tips for those spots? I'm doing planks, lunches, push ups, jack knives, BUT I NEED MOAR
