What are you: Spirit of Halloween
How did you come to be: Jak was born to a rather respected family, but his parents were never home. He was always taken care of by a nanny, and even then she mostly ignored him as a child. His parents sent him all sorts of pets and treats to try and keep him happy, but years of being ignored had only caused one thing. Acting out for some form of acknowledgement. At first it was simple fighting in the school yard, but things got elaborate. He would create cruel pranks from the tame rumor to more extremes that nearly killed one of his classmates. He never did find a boundary that he couldn't meet and improve upon. As years went on, his pranks got more elaborate and grandiose. However, on the night of the Halloween play, there was a miscalculation. He had created a plan to forcibly drag a student by the ankles across the stage during his monologue. However, instead of the rope catching the student's ankles as planned, a pulley had snapped and the rope caught around Jak's neck. He was hanged stage right, but death wasn't fast. He suffocated after a few moments of struggling, unable to break free. He now wanders the world during Halloween, finding delight in making the children scream in terror and helping some up and coming pranksters cause woe for homeowners and the authorities. Jak calls himself, Jak the Pumpkin King or the Czar of Halloween.

What is your intent: To spread mischief about the children, making brothers prank family members and sisters to pick on other little girls. To frighten children on Halloween night, to let his spirits feed upon their screams and fear.
Description: Is a bit taller then Jack Frost, whose formerly blonde hair is now a pumpkin orange with streaks of green in it. He's rather slim, and his skin has greyed very much to give it the appearance of having just died with various stitching here and there. His neck bears the rope burn from his death, still seeming fresh. Any clothing he wears is ripped and tattered, always messy in appearance but adds to his eerie appearance. Mainly dresses in Halloween colors. Jak's eyes are milky, and very dead looking. They have an almost rotted appearance. Powers: Can control spirits that mostly wander about during Halloween night, that night being the time when creatures come out to take children away. Able to manipulate fire and conjure up pumpkins. Jak can take on monstorous forms at will, but can only do so on Halloween night. He is cunning, and an outright genius when it comes to coming up with pranks. Jak enjoys placing these ideas into the minds of children, and enjoying the sight of them wrecking havoc with these ideas even more. Being a spector, he is able to possess objects and pass through walls much like a regular ghost.
What is your center: Pranks/Mischief
Other: Has a big sweet tooth, and is known for having a big obsession with candy in particular. Is actually behind the idea of placing needles and razors inside Halloween Treats that are given to children. Only children wearing scary costumes in particular are left alone on Halloween due to the fact his spirits mistaken them as their own kind.
