Can we have a meeting at the end of April to really hash things out, get stuff moving forward?

Like I wouldn't make it mandatory (Due to everyone having all different schedules) but have people come that can make it. Try for a date and time that can work for most of us, then who ever misses can get the notes that were taken from the meeting, and they can still voice their 2 cents in a thread set-up for notes and replies?
