Ideas for Improvement: Activities. Point blank, activities. Weekly towns get togethers, especially for the newer members to meet and greet with everyone. Art and talent contests (poems, short stories, etc...) This lets the members show off their talents, and have fun, while talking, and making new friends. Also, Around each holiday, give a chance to win a gift. It doesn't have to be much, Like on easter, bunny ears. (An example) I've donated to the guild, as I'm sure many have, always give back, even little things keep your members reminded that you're here, and you care about us.
Goals: I've noticed a lot of guilds on here, recruit, but don't immerse. Don't you want your members to immerse themselves into this guild? I would. 1. Make this guild one where everyone feels comfortable, and welcome. 2. Make this guild one where people may show their talents, and be respected for them. 3. Make this guild one where everyone has a chance at making new friends, and long lasting relationships. 4. Make this guild one where everyone knows we have awesome people, doing awesome things.

A name for the guild: awesome *there's no other word which can match the awesomeness level of the word awesome. ALOAS in some form can be simplified to a single word that can truly describe its essence and purpose which is simplyawesome. Hence, it can be easily understood with no question or explanation. its the same burst of extreme happiness when someone give us a giant toy airplane or a pretty doll during Christmas eve. The sameawesomefeeling we have when we won against general meyhemin zomg. and lastly the same awesomefeeling we have when we join ALOAS in the very first time.
Ideas that will help us improve:
traditional activities. certain activities such as those yearly or monthly contest or even those seasonal contest such as christmas eve contest, valentine's day contest, and so on. should be labeled under the traditional activities and should be posted in the group homepage. so that, in every occassion all awesome members can prepare before hand and mark their calendars. that's something to look forward to!
ohhh..don't forget the meet ups.. or that's how its called.
new activities awesome week. its a certain week that is exclusively awesome. its our very own fiesta! a week that is full of contest. the whole awesome guild will be divided into different teams and each team will compete to get the highest point for the week by completing every task given by the awesome president and crew. well, the president and the crew along with the other officers will head the activity. judges for every contest may came from other guild or so what-ever.
and at the very last day of the awesome week. a party will be held.. yeheay. awesome meet up day...
Our goals:

I think we need to have monthly rewards for avis that look apart ,meaning well done avis that reflects the months we are in , but that's just my opinion ....
