so, we use a wood-burning fireplace to heat the house. my dad takes the grate that we throw the wood through out of the floor, and my mom yells my name, then she immediately yells it louder, while i'm responding WHAT THE FUDGE seriously? don't even wait to see if i do or don't respond?! (i always do, by asked 'what?')

Sagebomb I tried to make sense out of this....but couldnt really sweatdrop ever have someone yell your name, then without pausing to see if you responded, they yell your name again, but louder? that's what my mom did

But also call response check times will depend on the urgancy deemed by the caller, as even if they call repetitivly when you call back they will still be able to hear you over thier own calls. This is pretty much typical of animal calls in nature.
