No, do not let the title fool you. This woman (I've forgottomn the name) is not sueing because she was hurt. She is sueing because the child was born alive. IN Scotland, a woman went to a hospital to receive an abortiong, I'm assumign an E&D since the child was born alive and survived. She is sueing because the hospital bothced the abortion of one of her twin daughters. I forget the exact quote, but she has said that, "I now have a child I didn't plan on having, I think the hospital owes me somthgin because of that."
I feel so sorry for the girl who is the child of this mother. She lives knowing that her mother wanted her dead, and pretty much still does and never wanted her born. Befopre this child was born he rmother disregarded her life, and now, with this quote and what the mother is tryign to do, I can only conclude that she still has a disregard for that now living life.

*sigh*
It's a shame people like that exist.
That poor child is going to grow up feeling worthless and unwanted and uncared for, all because that woman attempted to abort and failed.
I would seriously do every ******** thing that I could to get that child to an adoption center, where she has no chance of being abused, physically or mentally or emotionally, by that terrible mother.

confused hopefully the people in charge over there will see this and get that poor girl out of there... it will be especially terrible when she realizes that she had a sister... she will likely have survivor's guilt...

Actually, I think the reason she's telling her when she's 10, is because she knows her daughter will know what a horrible person her mom is if she's told any later than that. Sort of like... brainwashing her, in a way -- maybe less screaming, she won't really be able to understand completely how degrading it is, etc.

Maybe, though, if she begs for forgiveness and admits that she regrets trying to abort her as well as aborting her sister, and that it was wrong and that she deserves absolutely no respect (Moodswings, I probably don't mean everything I'm saying,) from her, the daughter will feel a little better. But still, the fact that she tries to sue for a botched abortion AFTER she was blessed with her birth, makes me sick. (I need to shut up before I really cross a line...) That woman will regret it -- everything -- later, and it will haunt her if she does. And I hope it does. (Sorry, moodswings, again I probably don't mean everything, try not to take it all seriously... sweatdrop )

Eventualy it most likely will. She'll look at her child eventualy, once she's in school mackign friend, playing with other people, laghing, crying, understanding the world aroun her. "Thats my daughter...and I wanted to kill her...and I did kill her sister...She owudl have had a sister...a sisster...I killed my baby...and I tried to kill her sister."
I knwo its cruel, but I'm praying for it.

Lorysa It's this gal, right? Hmm! At least (I think) her daughter will grow up to be Pro-life. Haha, read this:
"I still don't know if, or what, I am going to tell Jayde when the time comes," she added. "Maybe when she is nine or 10 I will sit her down and explain it to her. I just hope that she understands what happened and why I did it. Of course it will be much harder to explain to her that she had a twin."
She's going to explain to her daughter that she tried to kill her because she didn't care about her, and sued the hospital because she was born alive. When she's an age younger than mine. If I learned that at my age. I would be hysterical. I would shun her, for days. I'd trash her house. I'd pull her hair. I'd scream in her ear, and be sent to a reform school. Then I'd come home 2 years later and repeat. But.
How's she going to say it?
"Oh, honey, don't feel bad! It's a part of life, the wonderful gift of choice. I only wanted what's best for you... You'll understand when you're older." honestly, were it my mother, i'd kill her in her sleep. she tried to kill me, and managed to kill my sister.

I would probally go into a huge depression, because the realization that my parent didn't love me and tried to kill me. I mean, love is a fluttery thing, but some love is for certain, like the unconditional love between a child and mother.
But without a true love, someone I know loves me no matter what, I'd be a mess.

I'm 22 and if my mother ever told me that, it would just kill me. I hurt so bad for that child right now. How will she ever believe her mother is capable of loving her after she finds that out? I wouldn't believe it. I would never be able to believe my mother could really love me if I were her.
There are a lot of ways people can ******** their children up, but this is probably one of the worst ways I've ever heard of.
