History: Tsukiko Yakushi is a distant, but direct relative of the well known evil being known as Kabuto Yakushi. Though she had always been a sweet child, most villages had shunned her for her great grandfather's actions, like they did to her mother and grandmother. Luckily, the Village Hidden in the Moonlight took in the small child, and raised her. Under the village's watchful wing, the young Yakushi quickly grew to be a promising Shinobi. While most kids her age are still Genin, Tsukiko is a confident Chunin, and she's shooting to be an Jounin.
Personality: Tsukiko has a calm personality, though at time she can get very angry with those around her. She is a very thoughtful person, and likes to think things through before completing any actions. Unlike the Neikage, she can get very emotional, and she is easily brought to tears.

This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact.
• Kigusuri Souzou [Medicine Creation] - A medical nin has learned to study the effects of various naturally occurring compounds on the human body and how they can be combined in order to create medicine. In spite of increased knowledge of medical techniques there are times when mixing a medicine is the only solution to a problem. Medicine creation has a variety of uses, such as creating poison antidotes, healing ointments, and disease fighting. Medicines can also be used to treat minor every day ailments such as an upset stomach or cold. A Chuunin will know how to prepare a medicine for any normal injury, poison, or disease.
• Suji dageki [Muscle Shock] - An ability designed by medical ninja to perform attacks at a lower level so they would be able to defend themselves slightly. This attack simply provides a tazer like shock to an opponent that causes their muscles to tense all at once. This immobilizes them long enough for the medical nin to retreat or launch an attack of their own. Note that the medical nin must be touching their target for this to take effect.
• Chakra shirinji [Chakra Syringe] - Much like a performance of the chakra scalpel, it has a different effect: the chakra syringe can be injected into almost anything, but its an injection used to Inject Chakra into the Body of Another. It injects the chakra into the blood stream which is extremely painful as chakra itself runs along its own lines inside the body.
