User Image It had been too long to count since Zutnic had been captured during the Templar's last raid. At first he had been bitter toward the 'evil' collection of abominations. What he had learned from his brother was as good as the golden rule and he had been so stubborn to release those teachings.

But as a water eventually polishes rock Zutnic gradually begun to change his pinion of the family of sharp talon creatures. Could they really be all that bad?

Zutnic had watched from afar as they took care of their young and treated their fellow sisters as close and he had treated his own brother. Their view on men was something he couldn't agree with, but over all he could respect their differences. Or at least he could somewhat understand them. He had yet to be rid of some of his former teachings yet. His own imprisonment could not be forgotten...

Today he paced small circles in his allotted area. His mind filled with an array of questions and ideas of escape. His wings ached to embrace the sky once! It had been far too long since he had been allotted the pleasure of flight. He dare not even try at this point lest he be caught and have his wings clipped again.

His feathers ruffled and his beak clicked to the thought.
