Abilities :
✥ Path to Darkness :: This is Akemi's transportation technique. She can use shadows like portals, stepping through one to reform in a different place. There is a general rule in this - she must be able to visualize the place she wants to go and there must be a shadow at least the size of her own form, for her to pass through at the other end. Akemi can also step into other people shadows, and carry her with them unnoticed - this is a great way to keep herself concealed and to track people. It is also great for sneak attacks!
✥ Wrath of the Beast :: Akemi steals the shadows around her, manipulating them into a giant claw like form around her arms. To her these weapons are as weightless as shadows themselves, but to others they feel very real indeed causing physical damage, like a real claw.
✥ Shadow Shards :: Akemi has the ability to shatter shadows like glass, then use these shards to rain down on her opponent like rain. These cause light cuts, but never go in deep enough to cause real damage. The shards disperse back into shadow after a few seconds, allowing for the victim to bleed out.
✥ Dark Fang :: Akemi whirls her arms, ripping away the shadows in the area into one whip like manifestation, she then cracks her wrists and the shadow cuts on impact, it knocks her opponent back a few feet.
✥ Shadow Master :: Generally, Akemi can manipulate shadows. She can pull them across her to absorb damage, use then to wrap around cuts to stop bleeding, or manifest a mount to ride on.

✥ Secretive :: Can you keep a secret? So can Akemi. She is very cryptic and often speaks in riddles. She does not give up what she knows easily, and usually wont unless it benefits her in some way. She does not talk about herself, which makes it very hard for anyone to get to know her, and unless you hear something from someone else or do some serious snooping, it is going to stay that way.
✥ Self Serving :: Akemi does not act for any other reason besides her own benefit. She is not into this whole... charity thing. She will sometimes do things for her friends, because it benefits her for them to be safe and happy, but she will never do something for a stranger or someone she does not care about. She has big ambitions and knows she is going to have to step on some toes to gain the power she desires. This helps her disconnect from the consequences her actions can have on others.
✥ Power-Hungry :: Power is something she is attracted to, something she admires and desires for herself. To her, this translates into physical strength and the ability to dominate. She trains herself to become stronger because one day she wants to be recognized as the strongest witch of them all. She also craves the power that authority brings and the title of 'the elite of the elite'. This is her goal in life and what she works so hard to achieve. Her motivations behind that goal are classified, but it is something she takes very seriously.
