My name is Jay Pentechallo and I am a demigod.
I have seen a lot in my 16 years.
And when I got to school I am in 11th grade.
My Mortal Parent, Megan , raised me from birth.
Though my other parent, turns out to be Hermes
What led to my discovery of all this? Well you see...
Egads, do I really have to reveal my sick sad twisted life up to this moment to you? Well at least get comfortable, you did ask for it. I was raised by my Mum and for the first six or seven years of my life we lived....pretty awful. We moved in and out of homeless shelters and even on the streets for a few months. Don't get me wrong, I was loved totally and completely. My Mum used to say I was her entire world and I believed it. She made sure that I ate even if she went hungry, that I had clothes on my back to go to school when she went without, and that I always had a smile somewhere on my face. Those were the good days. So we continued living this way, all the while scrimping and saving any money we could come across so that she could apply one day to be an executive chef at this really ritzy place. Luckily enough that day soon enough and she got the job. It took her a while to save up enough money to get us a more permanent place but after years of living like we had, a few months of it wouldn't hurt. Eventually we got a pretty nice townhouse and while my mom worked more and more hours I saw her less and less which didn't really work out with me. So I started acting out: getting into trouble in school, fighting, skipping, even a few tattoos. Heh, surprisingly enough that last one was how I met my boyfriend. But that's another story for another time. Even though all this was happening she still didn't take the time to "straighten me out" or at least try to talk to me, something! No, all she did was pat me on the head, tell me to "cut it out" and kept working her 60 hour weeks leaving me to fend alone. She should be damn well happy I took after her cooking skills or else I would've starved. Around my 13th birthday weird shi-stuff started happening, like a letter I never knew I had from my old man turned up on my pillow the day of telling me to go to some camp. Being the teen I was, I ignored it and tore the thing to shreds. How dare the b*****d make me do something when he hadn't been here for my entire life?! Of course...that's when people started coming by out of nowhere talking to me in some weird language I actually understood, explaining things I never truly cared about. But when my own Mother told me to leave to this place, actually showed some initiative in my life, I knew I had to at least check the place out.
And that's when I arrived at Camp Half Blood.
Since then, I have been at camp for 4 years.
And I have obtained the following beads:
(Beads - leave this blank unless otherwise instructed)
I usually am told I act like I'm a joker really, always smiling to put others at ease making small talk and laughing to hide my own pain. I'm always kind to those younger than me and I always make sure no one ever sees how bitter I am about my home situation...well except Lucien. With him I can yell, scream, cry, basically be myself. I am a bit of a perv, you can ask anyone, and I'm a total flirt even though my heart is completely taken.
I really like
+Cooking
+Reading
+Writing
+Archery
+Arts and Crafts
+Lucien
But I hate
-Being alone
-My Mum being so distant
-Being told what to do
-Being out on missions away from Lucien
-Being away from Lucien for long periods of time
And Please don't bring in I fear that I'll be left alone again by not just my Mum but by everyone and that even my own Father will realize he could have claimed someone better.
But no matter what one day I want I think I want to open my own little home or school for orphans or homeless kids. Something to give back.
In case I have to fight I have A small set of daggers, a bow and a full quiver of arrows
I'm really good at Cooking and archery
But I'm horrible at Sword fighting and horseback riding
1) You are given a test at school that has questions that teacher hasn't covered yet. In the middle of the test you notice that your friend next to you has a cheat-sheet. The teacher doesn't notice.
I won't tell...on the basis that I know my friend has either given me the same one or is allowing me to look at his own.
2) While walking down the street you see a wallet on the side of the road. It has a small amount of money in it, but no identification of any kind. There is nobody in sight.
I turn it in. I know what it's like to lose what small amount you have.
3) Someone has played a prank on you which involves your public embarrassment and everyone begins laughing at you. However, you doubt they meant any harm by it.
Then I hope they realize my none regard of their feelings with payback bites them in the a-butt.
4) You have arrived late to work because you had a flat tire. You've been on time every other day for the past month, yet your boss yells at you about it in front of all your coworkers.
I merely allow him to vent whatever post menopausal after effects he's having while making sure to fart by his office every passing chance then reflect on how much it stinks by the end of the day.
5) You're class has is splitting up to take part in different in volunteering activities around the community. You can volunteer anywhere you want.
Soup Kitchen, or somewhere, anywhere, that helps with the homeless.
6) A little kid accuses you, in front of a whole crowd people, of stealing his toy which you did not do. You are twice his size, but he won't back off.
I know pickpockets with more pizzazz, and I tell him so, as well as a new gimmick to not bring as much attention to himself.
7) You have saved up for months to buy a new bike. As you're getting ready to buy it, a child runs by and steals your money. You chase him down and find that his mother is deathly ill and the child stole the money to buy her medicine.
Let him keep it. Been walking this long, few more months won't kill me.
cool A friend of yours tells you that there is some really cool stuff in an old abandoned building. When you get there you see a sign that "Danger: Do not enter!", but the building doesn't look dangerous. There is nobody around to see you, and your friend wants to check it out.
Let him go in first, if the building doesn't collapse like I think it will I'll check it out for a few minutes. If it does, I'll tease him the entire time I'm taking him to the hospital.
9) A very strong man approaches you while you're eating lunch and demands that you give him some food. He doesn't appear to be starving or poor. There is nobody there to stop him from taking it.
Give it to him. You don't know someone's not starving just by looking at him.
10) Your two best friends are fighting over a small issue. Each of them ask you to choose their side.
I knock them both over the head and tell them to make up over some of my cooking.
