I don't think I've seen any of the op's list of anime except parts of Eureka 7. In no particular order:

Fist of the North Star (this is really long. I've been watching it for over four months)
Princess Resurrection
xxxholic
Maburaho
Itsuka Tenmo no Usagi (I think i spelled it right. I'm not exactly Japanese speaker).
Karin ( my favorite anime)
Lucky Star
DearS
Space Captain Harlock. (I started it and is interesting. I think that's the english name for it..not sure)

Also, a great tool I find for anime is to find recommendations from myanimelist.net For convenience, I will link you to Gash Bell's recommendations. I found a lot of anime that way, but I also found anime on crackle.com, a free legal streaming site. It's not heavy on anime, but you might something you like there.

Hmm, not entirely sure if these will be to your taste, but I will suggest them anyway so you can see if maybe they are.

Oh also, I saw you liked Deadman Wonderland. Amazing anime. I've read the manga too, though I do have to say, it is rather drastically different in some ways.
