I have no idea question . I used to watch the series on tv and read the books heart . It really dissapointed me when they took it off... crying

Sailor Moon is a really old series and has run its popularity course in the United States and pretty much over the rest of the world. It was probably costing Tokyopop a lot of money to keep the license for it and so since they were no longer getting any money back from it, got rid of it. This happens a lot as things become less popular and new things take over.
I am sad though, Sailor Moon was my first introduction into the anime and manga world. its half the reason why i got so interested in japan and now working on being able to study abroad there!

Well, Tokyopop only releases a manga series for a certian amount of years then stops. Sailor Moon is one of their oldest so they already stoped printing it. That help?
