New Callower is found towards the West of Elyris. the city is governed by a ruling family instead of just one ruler, and this family lives in a manor towards the North of the city. Citizens and adventurers alike are strongly urged to stay away from the Southern portion of New Callower territory, as that is where the Hellhole; a hole stated in the Prophecy of Harmony that houses many demons, is located. Most of the city's soldiers are stationed at the fortress that has been build around the hole.
Characters that are listed as NPC's are controlled by admins whenever they are needed for RP reasons. Placings such as but are not limited to Royal Guard, Economical Advisor or Commander may be taken by any character so long as they are empty or held by an NPC (contact the admin for permission). If the placing in question is held by another player, contact the ruler in-character and they may decide to accept you immediately, deny you, put it up for debate, or consider it for later. Placings with a number in parentheses means that multiple people may be in this placing, up to the number indicated.
