While being veg*n, do you also avoid animal tested products?

I'm still quite a newbie vegetarian, although I have been at it for almost 2 years. Just recently, I found out other products that weren't veg*n. At current, I'm gradually finding out more about animal products and taking them out of my life. I haven't got to animal tested products yet, such as beauty products or your every day soap. How about you guys?

While finding out other animal products, I also found out the process of sugar uses bone char. Someone else told me that the same bones can be re-used over and over, which kinda put me to ease a little but I thought about the quantity of sugar that is made, so there wasn't much of a difference making me want to go back to sugar. Do you take out refined sugar out of your life? Such as sugar products?

Thanks for your thoughts.

I don't use products that have been tested on animals. I also don't eat refined sugar because of the bone-char factor. I use Sugar in the Raw which is safe. It depends on how much you want to exclude using animal products or byproducts from your life. It's a matter of how you look at things. Some think that using any animal products is exploting the animal. Some think that just using products that harm or kill animals are wrong. It's a matter of what position you take on things.
