High Hive
The high hive is reserved for the richest and is connected to the main government of Grace. Tall spires hundreds of floors high reach towards the heavens, dotted with balconies from which the highest of can see nearly the entire mainland of grace where it not for the occasional smog clouding the lower dregs area.
Large outer walls, patrolled by Mech Suited A.E.S.A. members separates the high hive from the Mid Hive.
The high hive is made up of the highest of officials and investors, people that live there oft have many servants whom wait on them hand and foot for no more of a reason than to live in a quarters within the safety of the hive. The streets below aren't nearly as crowded as the other hives, and are lined with white stone, greenery, and only the finest of merchants reside within the hive.
The security is EXTREMELY high here, often police (PL 8+), usually members of A.S.E.A as well as the occasional super hired and certified by A.S.E.A patrol the streets, keeping a close watch for the rare trouble that dares visit these area's.
A.S.E.A's main headquarters is located in the center of this, connected to the high governments main offices.
