The archery field is where archery is taught and practiced at Camp Half-Blood. This subject is taught by Chiron who sometimes has the help of Apollo's cabin.

so I prospered Jay walked over to the archery fields to see another camper already there. He watched as the black haired boy shot one arrow, a dead center, then two at the same time one splitting the first and another hitting just above it. He whistled lowly at the skill, he could certainly never have two arrows hit dead center at the same time. Trying to be conspicuous he whistled as he walked past with his bow and arrows taking a look at who the mystery camper was before seeing it was just Austin. "Nice kid, kinda cute,.....nahh He smirked at his thoughts before notching an arrow into his bow and firing it at the target. Immediately afterword he grabbed for his dagger and threw it also in the same direction of his shot. The arrow hit just outside the yellow of the center still embedded in the red while the dagger flew true and hit center. Jay just quirked an eyebrow and sighed, he really needed to work on that.

 ~Lets drink, and party and fight until we drop...
then lets do it again... Togoro was passing the archery range when he saw two people practicing. He stopped to watch. His eyes scanning. He wondered if he had any skills at such a thing, but he doubted it. His best skill was hitting people with blunt objects. Thinking, he decided he would ask someone if he and his siblings were prone to any skills with weapons. He doubted it from how his siblings acted. But it was possible. He chose a shady tree and laid down under it to listen to any chatter, finding it easier to rest when speech was about. Silence unnerved him. It was unnatural. Because the second we are out of sight..
we are out of mind.~

so I prospered Jay raised his head to look over to Austin as he gave advice on how to shoot. Raising an eyebrow he took his words into account and waited until he felt breeze go by and followed the current. He notched another arrow and prepared another dagger and waited until the wind was at a lull before shooting and as soon as he felt a hint of breeze he threw the dagger deliberately aiming for the outer ring of the bullseye. With a quiet laugh and whoop he saw his arrow hit in between the yellow and red while the dagger hit straight in the middle. "Huh, whaddoya know." Jay mused to himself.

then lets do it again... Togoro saw one of the boys come over. He got up, not understanding why the boy was coming at first. He wondered if he was not aloud to be here. Then he heard him. He smiled. He nodded. "You help shoot me?" He asked, in his haste forgetting the word "teach" in there. But his expression showed what he felt. "I don't know what do..." Because the second we are out of sight..

then lets do it again... Togoro smiled. He was happy. No one had ever offered to teach him something that they had not been obliged to. He took the males hand and stood up. He looked at the archery field. "Ok. Thank you". He said, honesty in his voice. He seemed oddly stable today, but still slightly slurred his words. That could have just been his Accent however. Because the second we are out of sight..

then lets do it again... Togoro watched, before mimicking the hold. He seemed to be surprisingly good, but that only lasted a second before he fumbled. He then tried again. He managed to do it that time. He looked over, wondering if it was alright. Because the second we are out of sight..

then lets do it again... Togoro watched as Austin showed him how to use the bow and fire it. He aimed and fired. However he knew nothing of drag or wind resistance and he ended up hitting the ground several feet short and to the left. He stared. He then looked at how well Austin did it. He felt ashamed. He redid an arrow and fired again. This time it shot to the left and dug deep into the ground. "GAA.... I no so good this". Because the second we are out of sight..
