The Camp Amphitheater. Here is where the camp holds Memorial Services and has the Camp Sing-Along lead by Apollo Cabin.

The Memorial Service is when a deceased camper is wrapped in a Burial Shroud, and burned. It is tradition that when campers leave on a quest their cabin will make a shroud. If the camper returns from the quest the shroud is burned in celebration.

The Camp Sing-Along is held every night. It is lead by Apollo Cabin.

Alan and Alec arrived at he Amphitheater and sat in their usual spot. The Burial Shroud for Jordan Reno rested stood at the base of the stairs. There was no body, but it was known he was gone. "Alec? Do you think he'll be in Elysium?" he asked. Alec turned to his twin. "It only fits that he is. He was a hero, sacrificed himself so the others had a chance." he said sadly.

Austin stepped into the Amphitheater, he began down to his cabin mates, sitting with them. The boy was wearing dark clothes, unlike his usual bright colors. It matched the mood, the camp was mourning the death of a fellow demigod. It was only fitting.

Right, right, turn off the lights
We're gonna lose our minds tonight
What's the dealeo?
I love when it's all too much

Slam, slam, oh hot damn
What part of a party don't you understand?
Wish you'd just freak out

Can't stop, coming in hot
I should be locked up right on the spot
It's so on right now

Stepping into the Amphitheater the son of Dionysus looked over the area. The gold and black burial shroud stood at the center of the pitted stage. "Well..." he said. The boy had barely known Jordan. Yet from what he knew Jordan was a kind and friendly guy. The god always die young. he thought as he took a seat.

Peter stepped into the amphitheater, he sighed and sat down, running his hand through his blonde hair. "Am I the first of my cabin here?" he muttered as he took his seat. Well, lets hope someone shows up soon. he thought, thinking of his fellow Athena Cabin members.

Clover took a seat near the edge of the fire, a white calla lily in her hand. She was sad to hear about the death of a fellow camper despite not really getting to know him. She knew very little about this one mostly out of her own vague shyness, something she was desperately trying to work on. He had been nice the few times she had spoken with him, but she had barely been able to speak back. I wonder if I would be blessed to hear if made safely through his journey to the underworld? Clover thought to herself. She was not much for talking with the spirits of the dead, but so many people knew him maybe she could try to get some info on what became of his soul. Or she suggest the idea to one of her sibling. She was squeamish when it came to those that died.

"The p o w e r of Thought, the m a g i c of the Mind!”

Hikari entered the Amphitheater wearing a black lolita dress a blakc lace parasol white knee highs and a pair of black Mary Janes on her feet. What would any expect from a girl who rarely walked around camp in the orange shirt. This was a memorial for someone who had died, and they deserved to be respected. Her staff was no were in sight, which was fine, if something happened she could easily use magic to slow whatever down. But she didn't expect anything to happen anyway.
It's not like the Roman's are going to randomly pop by like they did, years ago.
She thought bitterly. She studied the shroud for a moment then sighed. Apollo cabin would not be singing tonight. They would take whatever they needed to heal. Hikari wondered over to Austin.
"If you need anything in the coming days please let me know. I would be more than willing to help you and your cabin in this time of need."
While helpful was not normally part of Hikari's nature she understood how hard it was to loose someone. She had lost someone on a quest that she had led and wanted the head of cabin that had lost one of their own. She had not been help for the Nature spirits when she came back with the dead Satyrs.

Tyler stepped into Amphitheater, sitting down in the spot where Aphrodite kids usually sat. He looked over the area, seeing his cousin in the front row, it was his half brother who died, he must be upset.

Stepping into the amphitheater, he looked around and took a seat. This was going to be sad. But the boy who passed was so nice. "Rest in Peace Jordan." he said softly as he passed the burial shroud.

So much to keep up with. So, so much. There was this quest and that quest, this fight and that fight. Azusa preferred to stay out of it. Well, unless it meant a quest. She would go on one if asked. But those were so dangerous. Wasn't that why all the campers had gathered here? Someone must have died. But which camper was it? It wasn't a sibling or someone she had spoken with much. Or maybe it was. And which quest was this about anyways?

Looking around, the Daughter of Iris noticed the Apollo cabin wearing black. The demigod who died must have been one of them. Such a sad time for them. The Apollo kids were so nice, at least to Azura they were, and at least the ones she had met. Had she met the deceased? Azura was just as confused as she always was.

This was too much for Michie. She had still been trying to cope over the death of her cousin, but now this had to come up, too. She hadn't seen much of the camper around, but they seemed nice, and the daughter of Poseidon regretted not learning more about them. She would have sat in her usual spot, but Fiore was alone in her own spot, and she was bawling her eyes out. Michie sat next to her, embracing the girl as she wept. "I'm so sorry . . . I know this is hard, but . . ."

But what? She couldn't say things would get better. She wouldn't lie to her cousin like that. She had lost her older sister; Michie couldn't tell her that things would be alright. She bit her lip, trying not to cry herself, though a tear made its way down her cheek. I'm not a good person, am I . . . She thought, remaining silent for the time being and comforting the violet-haired girl next to her.

The head of Dionysus made her way into the Amphitheater silently, her mind in contemplation as she sat down next to her fellow cabinmate. She couldn't say she knew the guy, and she had no opinion about him, but death was always a sad thing. Live for all you can before you die. Makes one wonder about the purpose of living, doesn't it? Nastasia herself didn't want to live for much but herself -- she was sure she wouldn't sacrifice herself for the camp like that. Was the sacrifice a foolish thing, though? Of course not; in fact, it was rather honorable.

"Hah. He must've been a good person . . ," She muttered to herself, thinking how stupid she was. "Such a shame this had to happen."

"Get rid of all lies
Let all hatred pass into oblivion
Don’t be afraid to regret
and be all that you can."

Presley idly wandered into the amphitheater, his gaze cold and seemingly uncaring. He didn't know this camper at all, and he was positive that they wouldn't have gotten along if they had met. Still though, sacrificing themselves for the camp was a large deal; not a lot of people would be willing to perform such an act. He certainly wouldn't have. He thought about the future the camper would have had if he had never sacrificed himself like that. Perhaps nothing good, he thought as he sat down. Death was an unfortunate thing, he couldn't lie, but death had a purpose. Everything that happened in life has a purpose. The air was different, and maybe it wasn't just from the atmosphere. Could there be something that was trying to be known to the Greeks again?

"Surely, they shouldn't be coming back," he muttered to himself, recalling the Romans that had came into the camp a while back. But no, it couldn't be that. It must be something different . . .

"Because in goodbye there is a beginning
In loneliness there is kindness
In suffering there is strength
We can overcome everything."

Fiore didn't want to accept this. She hugged onto her cousin tightly, clutching onto her shirt as tears seemed to spill endlessly. "This isn't fair!" she sobbed. She didn't know the camper as well, but she wanted to learn more about him. He seemed to be really nice, and Fiore could respect that in anyone. "Why is death always so cruel . . ."

She knew her cousin was trying to comfort her. She appreciated it, but there was nothing she could say to make this situation better. First it was her sister, and now this camper. It seemed like everyone was dying and all she could do was sit here and cry! She was so, so powerless . . . Why couldn't she be a fighter, too?

Even the normally loud-mouthed daughter of Ares was silent as the twins walked into the Amphitheater. This camper was a hero, even if neither one of them knew who the camper was. "You're a great person; I hope you rest in peace," Destiny muttered, walking over to their seat, but still remained standing.

Dimitri gave a small smile to the burial site. "May you rest in peace," He looked over at his sister, and they nodded in unison before taking their seats, their eyes still gazing at the burial site. Dimitri's small smile faded then, and his face became that of hidden morose.

"There are two things in life for which we are never truly prepared: twins."
