Shima was on her way back to her base camp, she was hurrying slightly since it was almost dark out, and she wasn't too eager to get lost. Unfortunately the poor hurrying Kitsune had to slow down. There was something moving around up ahead. She stoped a good distance from the other Kitsune, just to be safe. "Greetings." She said to the Kitsune, that way she could flee an attack if need be at the distance she was at. Shima wasn't fond of running, but she wasn't really in the mood to get into a fight either. Regardless, if it came down to it Shima would fight. For the moment, however, she just stood on pins and needles, waiting to see how the other Kitsune would react.

Shima watches the other Kitsune closely. It seemed to register her presence, but he hadn't spoken at all. She was slightly curious about the Kitsune, knowing that it was yet another kind that she had not come into contact with yet. She thought for a moment to move towards it, but pushed the thought to the side. Instead, she simply stood her ground and met its gaze, unwilling to appear cowardly.

Shima stood her ground, not wanting to flee, nor too eager to get into a fight. So Shima decided she would have to try talking to him again. She took a few steps foreward, just a few, hoping that it might raise her chances of being heard. "Greetings sir. May I pass?" She asked cautiously, still watching him closely, just in case. She hadn't realized it before, but the Kitsune was a rare Yang. This comforted her slightly, since she had heard that Yang weren't big on fighting, but she still didn't dare let her guard down.

Once she heard his reply a witty remark to throw right back at the yang popped into her head, and almost came out of her mouth. Before making a rude comment Shima stopped herself. She didn't have time to start worthless, meaningless fights. "Well, strangers these days sometimes hold very wise advice." She replied, begining to walk foreward again. She was proceeding with caution, but kept her head up and a decent speed.

Shima had to keep herself from laughing when she realized why the stranger was being aggressive. He is upset that I'm not upset at his taunting. Shima thought comedicly to herself, very amused, but she still wanted to be at least somewhat respectful. "Also very true..." She replied, appearing unfazed, as she contnued walking with her head proudly held high.

Shima knew that the Yang was probably begining to get seriously agitated, and slowed she pace slightly, but refused to stop completely. Now she was agitatedly flicking her tails slightly, which kicked up quite a bit of dirt, and lifted her head higher in pride. "I could say the same to you." She replied calmly. She knew Yang Kitsune were not built for physical fighting, and hoped that showing off the streangth of her tails he might get discouraged from a fight. Regardless, she would prefer avoid a fight if at all possible, but would gladly attack back if she was attcked first.

Shima continued walking, her head still proudly held high and her tails still swishing agitatedly. She was nearly to the yang, and would soon be passing him, but did not slow down in the least. She knew that she was more built for battle then he was, and if he attacked her then she would defend herself. Shima was slightly tempted to attack the male, but knew that would just satisfy him, so she didn't. She preferred to avoid unnecessary blood shed, especially with the war going on.
