A Full Profile for Skylight Name : Sebastian Wallace Nickname : Savvy Age : 25 Gender : Male Race : Neko Dog Personal Orientation : Heterosexual Occupation : Restaraunt bus boy, traveler, currently active Serial Killer Skills : Just enough to get by Special : Can digest bones, high pain tolerance, claws and canines, just a little stronger and faster than regular humans Personality : Grungy and aggressive, Savvy was given his nick name from enemies not so much friends. There's very few people he genuinely trusts and even then it's just to stab him in the back. Flaw : Withdrawn, food hoarding Redeeming Feature : He is often more dog than man and his tail has a mind of its own and will wag at the slightest excitements and happiness which embarrassed him Background : Remember that saying "beaten like a red headed step child"? They were talking about Savvy. He was fine as a pup, being raised by his single mother in a small home in the sticks, but it went to the crapper when his mother's loneliness got the better of her senses and she married a very scary man. His stepfather was human and didn't like children. It got to the point where he threatened to leave her if his mother didn't chain him up in the yard like a real dog since that was "all he was ever going to amount to anyway." He was chained by the neck to an old leaky dog house in the back yard for about two weeks without food at his request. His step father would get jealous and hit her when she tried to feed him so Savvy asked her to stop trying. At the end of the two weeks, drinking dirty rainwater to stay alive, the hunger made him forget he'd done that and started shouting at the house for something to eat. As one might imagine, his step father didn't like that. His mother got caught in the cross fire and was stabbed to death by this man on his way out to silence Savvy's hungry cries. Stupid made the mistake of taking a hot pocket outside with him for the confrontation and Savvy's inner predator kicked in to get it. He used the chain that held him to the dog house to strangle his stepfather. At the time he didn't care that he'd done it, he was just hungry and there was more food in the house than just that one hot pocket. It took an extra two days to pull out the board from the dog house that held his chain. Even after eating nearly everything in the house and throwing it all up twice, he still wasn't feeling the shame of what he'd done or any real remorse over the loss of his mother. In fact he even gave a good think to weather or not he was going to make a meal of them too. His neck was really sore and what little sanity he had left chose to call the police for help. The chain was removed at a hospital where he was told that staff infection had set in so deep that even with surgery the scars might stay with him into old age. Foster care isn't a fun ride for anyone, much less a food aggressive neko dog that was more comfortable sleeping in mud and garbage than a warm bed but they could have handled his tinkering with small animal torture better. As for the other kids he was housed with, if they had just left him alone he wouldn't have bitten off so many of their fingers. His last home was showing signs of familiarity towards the memory of his step father, yelling at him for eating too much when he only had one meal a day, putting him in small dark places and calling it discipline. He packed a bag over a few days in planing to run away but he stayed, not yet wielding the courage to leave. They started beating him with belts within that time and missed a lot. They'd hit him up his back and down his legs at first and then just didn't care so long as it hit him. The lady of the house went to far and tried to water board him in the bath tub because she thought he was touching himself. He ended up drowning her in defense. He held her a bit longer than he had to, minutes after the last bubble surfaced. He decided it wasn't all that bad a feeling and became OK with the idea of killing to get his way. It was a kind of freeing power that opened the world to him. He was old enough by then to pass for small jobs as he traveled and he'd already built up a tolerance for sleeping outside, there was no reason he couldn't live on his own right then. He left the foster house that night and started train hopping from town to town, burglarizing at first for just food, clothes and money, then doing it for shelter in rain, and progressed to killing the occupants. He'd target the single or the elderly, houses that looked empty and such. Even now, kids seems to be his draw back point. LOOKSHair : Long Dark Ginger brown Eyes : Gray Distinguishing Feature : Scruffy dog ears and tail, a mess of scars all around his neck some are puffy others are sunken, a notch in his nose as a telltale sign that it had been broken a couple times, many nicks all over his hands Height : 5'7" Weight : 140 lb. Note for play: * doesn't like jingly noises, they bring up sensory memories * He switches his pattern every time he kills but it usually revolves around suffixation A profile for Puppet
Name : Penelope Springstien. Nickname : Rose. Age : 21 Gender : Female. Race : Half-Bred Vampire Personal Orientation : Heterosexual Occupation : Journalist/Photographer. Skills : She's very good at writing. Special : Being only a half breed, she doesn't have to have blood as often to survive. She also has enhanced strength, but only slightly more so than the average human, same with her speed. Personality : Determined, dark, some people refer to her as a "mystery" because she rarely talks. Although on the inside, she is actually very devious, and has a rather large temper when angered. Flaw : She is a tad bit.. Crazy. Redeeming Feature : Not really sure yet. Background : She grew up around blood and gore, seeing as how her father is a crime scene investigator. Penelope adapted a sort of interest in pain, and and interest in the human mind. Her poetry is often about rather dark situations, but she has a conscience.

She scanned the area, searching for her latest snack with interest. Penelope walked over to a booth and sat down, sliding all the way against the wall and sighing as she removed her black hood to reveal her raven black curls. A waiter came up to her table, and she smiled up at the girl, who looked a little confused as she met her gaze. "Hello. What can I get you sweetie?" asked the girl, shifting a tad bit uncomfortably."I'll take a cup of coffee, please." her voice was smooth, and seemed to flow through the room as she spoke, running a hand through her hair. The little blonde nodded and scattered off quickly, causing Penelope to smirk slightly. She found it to be interesting how people could seem so afraid of her, just by her giving them a certain look. Of course, the cup of coffee was just a cover-up for her true intentions. What she really wanted from this place, wasn't on the menu.

Another night at work with only 15 minutes to punch out time and Sebastian could not be less happy. For some reason the girls that worked here thought it would be a good idea to grab him from behind and pet his ears. Two things he couldn't stand but in all likelihood he would be fired for lashing out on them so he took it out on the tables, scrubbing harder than he needed to. It was a chore not to stomp from the dining room to the kitchen on his multiple trips back and forth carting ladened trays of dirty plates and cups. He'd just gotten started on the table next to a new walk-in, a pale faced lady with black hair. Everyone tended to give him a bad vibe one way or the other but there was something a little more familiar about the ones coming off her than normal. Whatever, he'd just keep his head down and mind his own business. If she was smart, she'd do the same. Too bad the other girls at the bar weren't very smart. They'd been planing this prank all day and now that the dining room was near empty, it was perfect to plan out. The three of them, including the blonde pouring the lady's coffee clustered around the drink station giggling about it. "Savvy, Fetch" it wasn't quite clear which one threw the tennis ball over his head and bounced off the wall over the lady's booth. His human nature was just going to let it fly but his canine nature was faster, reaching out to catch it on the rebound single handed. He glared at them from behind a curtain of nappy ginger hair and broke the ball letting it fall into the tray of cups he'd picked up from that table. He just went back to scrubbing without a word to address their awed faces.

She smirked slightly, amused at his actions and the girl's reactions. As the little blonde brought her the coffee, Penelope motioned towards the boy. "I don't think you should mess with him, he might just rip your little head off." the girl glared at her and strutted away, causing her to laugh lightly, shifting her gaze back to the boy. She had found her meal for the night. With that sort of strength, rose was sure that he had to have a strong beating heart, and even sweeter blood. Deciding that she would follow him home from the restaurant, now all she had to do was wait, and waste time. She could hear the girls move into the back, knowing that they probably didn't want to be around Savvy because of his actions, but it was quite the opposite for rose. Instead, she was finding herself to be even more intrigued.

Was that lady defending him, Sebastian thought bringing his scrubbing to a near end lest he take off the enamel. He did a good enough job of it by himself and her interference was neither wanted or needed. Yet, try as he might, he couldn't stop his tail from wagging over the bit of help. He finished at walked the tray back into the kitchen but this time was different, her eyes were heavy on his back. It made him itchy. The kitchen sink seemed to be the only place he could go where her eyes weren't on him. Aside from just liking his hair long, he found a new appreciation for it as it hid the occasional involuntary blush over her watching him making his tail wag. Damn thing was such traitor, telling the world his inner most feelings.
It was closing time, the waitresses drew straws for which of them had to tell the lady that she had leave. The blonde got a nasty idea as she spied Sebastian hanging up his apron and punching his time card to go home, hiking backpack slung over his shoulder. "Savvy, 'mere a sec," she called him over. Why couldn't they just let him leave in peace, Christ, he had s**t to do. She held up a Ziploc baggy with a steak inside, "A customer sent this back for being over cooked, I was going to take it home myself but you can have it if you tell chicklet to move her a**." He rolled his eyes at them and snatched the baggy, stuffing it in his bag as he marched right up to her booth, "Closing time, beat it." His job was done and he didn't stick around to get her reaction to his rude manner. He was on his way home but the problem was he had to find a fresh one for the night.
He would find just that about a block or two into the residential area of the city. Decently spaced neighbors, thick foliage, privacy fences, perfect for the picking.

A few minutes after Savvy left, she slid out of the booth and threw a twenty dollar bill on the table, pulling her hood up as she slipped out into the night air. turning the corner, she stopped and inhaled the air deeply, closing her blood red eyes as a dark smile slid across her features. She picked up on his trail, and suddenly the only thing she could hear in her head was the thumping of his heart, the rush of blood as it flowed throughout his veins. Thats how it always was, when she was on the hunt. But what she didn't know, was that Savvy himself was also on a hunt. Making her steps nearly silent as she walked, she picked up her pace and soon she had him in sight once more, being careful enough to stay back a safe distance so the male wouldn't pick up on her presence. Penelope had gotten quite good at this over the years, plus it really helped her journalist career, to be stealthy that is.

Savvy popped his neck and stretched his shoulders, a pre-invasion ritual to collect himself. He checked for traffic before crossing the street to a single story house painted yellow. No toys out front or around back that he'd seen, which meant no kids which was awesome. Tough as he was, he doubted he could hold it together with kids. He smiled at finding the back door open. Places like this were just innocent enough to not lock everything, his gain their loss. He just walked in like it was his home. From what he could hear, the occupant was asleep in front of the TV. He sat his bag on the table and fished out a mini ball bat. The girls at work had him in a creative mood, he looked around the kitchen for something inspiring. Drain cleaner under the sink sang at him and the song was sweet. Mini bat leaning on his shoulder, Drain-o in hand, he missed the shadow watching him, those heavy eyes on his back again. Fat-a** in his lazy chair, snoozing in the glow of the latest football game, never saw it coming as the mini bat cracked his skull and sent him sprawling in the floor. Savvy opened the cape on the bottle while guy woke up from the shock, face already streaming blood. He straddled his victim's waist and wrenched his jaw open splashing Drain cleaner in his mouth. He'd be spewing bloody foam and chucks of his esophagus by the time Sebastian felt the presence of a witness.

That was when she realized that this wasn't his house, and Savvy wasn't just here to pay someone a visit. She stood in the shadows of the living room as she watched, her eyes widening as she saw him crack the man in the head, and then pour the cleaner down his throat. She waited a few minutes, before she walked over to stand behind him, ready in case he tried anything on her. "Well well well.. what do we have here..?" she coed, her fangs elongating against her gums as she removed her hood, trying not to look at the man that was now spewing blood on the floor underneath Savvy.

If it had been a screaming wife or boyfriend, Sebastian wouldn't have flipped out so much but this was calm and creepy. He flipped over onto his back, butt to the floor, scrambling for the bat and pointing it at her like it was gun or knife or just anything more intimidating than a club. He took her shadow in and shook hair from his face when he recognized her, that lady from the restaurant. He knew there was something wrong with her, just like there was something wrong with him. "The ******** wrong with you following me like that...nevermind! You got to the count of five to get outta here before you look like that guy!" He used the bat to pull himself up and changed his mind, "Five." He swung at her head, missing and burying the bat head in the TV screen.

"What's wrong with me, what's wrong with you love?" She grinned, waiting to see his reaction to her strength, and then her teeth, and and then her blood red eyes. She glanced back quickly to the now dead man on the ground, frowning slightly before returning her gaze To savvy, focusing on his pulse as the smell of blood and chemicals assaulted her nose.

The sparks were pretty and took the edge off the disappointment of missing her, but the bat was stuck and she'd attacked him with a body slam. She'd got him just right to send him back to the floor on his tail. She was strong, not human obviously but it was more than he'd expected from her. He had a big set of teeth but her's looked more threatening than his at the moment. For a brief second he wondered if this was the feeling his step father had when he was choking the life out of him, looking into his starving soul. The difference here being that Savvy knew how to deal with threats. He reared his head back and slammed his forehead into hers as hard as he could summon. Getting a knee just right in her stomach he pried her away from him to at least a safer distance.

Once she caught her breath, she let out a low hiss, bringing her hand to her forehead that was now getting stained by vivid red blood. "Didn't anyone ever teach you not to hit a lady?" her voice was sarcastic as she pushed herself to stand up straight, cracking her knuckles and peering at him through the now darker room, since only a small lamp on the opposite side was lighting it. She stood there for a moment, debating on if she should try to attack him again or not.

Sebastian figured he'd gotten lucky to get those hits in and now she wasn't even returning fire. He slid on his back to the wall, putting a little more space between them. Maybe now was the time for some false reasoning, if he could buy time to find a new weapon he could get the upper hand. "Guess not," he heaved for the breath she'd knock out of him in the slam. "I'd ask what you wanted from me but I already know that so, what now? You take me out and catch the heat for my job? How dumb would that be?"
