Hi! Just an FYI in you turn to a tank page and get an "anti-aggregate" message just re-load the page - sometimes the timer doesn't load as fast as we can a re-load will fix the problem - I have an old laptop so i have to sometimes re-load twice - but that's all it takes - Happy Grabbing!

a hint for Booty Grabbers: when you see the countdown, bring your pointer to the middle of the blue bar above the words "Booty Grab" Tap it until the countdown is over - it should bring the fish to that point (hopefully you tapped the middle.) Makes it easier to grab more coin and also avoid the evil red icons that flash across and interfere with your grab.

One of our members asked me about the red glowing coins...Booty grab is all about the glow - the blue green and red glowing coins are all supposedly more valuable so DON't Avoid them! DO avoid all the little red icons floating by - they will hinder your take - head to the blue icons - they will help you grab more!

Another point I want to make is the value of "bumping" a tank after you grab. Of course it is advantageous to the tank owner, it puts their thread at the top of the line and allows them to get more grabs and hence...earn more gold.
It is also advantageous to the "bumper" for many reasons:
* Most tank owners will tip for posting
* Gaia gives you gold for posting in the Forums
* Posting can also help you earn achievements - which in turn reward you with gold. There are two - one for 1000 posts and another for 10,000 posts.
* If you use one of our Guild Bumpers, it gets our name out there - maybe someone will see it and be interested in joining. We have many RP ideas and sadly, not enough members to fully explore them.
So you see, bumping is a great thing for all! A win/win!

Just found something new! Go to the Home Page and on the bottom left under Gaia Blog you'll see "new game" click and you'll eventually get to a link (I love the game BTW - big card fan LOL) if you go down the test page you'll see a thing on Booty Grab - click the activate button. It'll put a timer on any Gaian with a glowing tank, so you'll have notice anywhere! i haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I'm theorizing that you can click on it and grab a tank even if it's not in a sig *fingers crossed* here's hoping wink

In my ongoing research into the ever popular and lucrative world of the booty grab, I think I've figured out the coinage...gold is what it says just 1, green coins are valued at 2, blue at three...and to the best of my ability (hard to judge when those Irawaddy are showin' the love) the red coins are worth 5 gold! If anyone can confirm or refute that..I'm all ears ( well, not really cause um that would be pretty freakish and um..well you'd find me in the circus...or maybe a research lab some where...oooh! Random thought idea Assy McGee)

if anyone is feeling creative..feel free to design some booty bumpers - I like to say we're stalking the tank (booty people LOVE to be stalked! LOL) and Trooper got in trouble for using the JOIN NOW bumper - so no recruiting bumpers - but anything else would be fine! All entries welcome!
