I actually used to read them, but after so many, it just doesn't seem worth it anymore.
Closest I came to reading one recently was skimming the one for deviantART to make sure I retained full ownership of anything I posted on the site. Interestingly enough, I actually read Gaia's TOS when I first joined. It's been revised since then, though.
