The target will experience one to two effects of aconite poisoning, up to player discretion: weakness of the limbs with little effect on movement, mild chest and abdominal pain, or slight nausea - enough to be noticeable but not much more. At this stage, the effects are more distracting and surprising than actually painful or crippling. These effects wear off after 15 seconds.

The target will experience one to two effects of aconite poisoning, up to player discretion: weakness of the limbs with some effect on movement or ability to stand, strong chest and abdominal pain, or strong nausea. At this tags, the effects are more noticeable, but still serve mostly to distract. These effects wear off after 15 seconds.

The target will experience one to two effects of aconite poisoning, up to player discretion: weakness of the limbs with serious effect on movement or even ability to stand, severe chest and abdominal pain, or severe nausea. At this point, the effects are genuinely crippling for the duration of the attack. These effects wear off after 20 seconds.
