CharacterInformation

Name: Samuel Lockhart

Nickname(s):Ace, Immortal's Bane, Subject "I"

Age: 17

Birth Date: 4/4

Gender: Male.

Race: Immortal

Powers:
Bio-Regen: His Blood is not his own, but of an Immortal's; it has blueprinted Samuel's body when it was first indoctrinated with the Blood, and from that blueprint any injury can be healed over an hour, a day, it all depends on how severe the injury is or if he could ascertain other's DNA. Samuel will be capable of re-growth, as long as a single drop of his blood exists.. But if it is just that, a single drop; it will take two weeks for full growth to re-occur.
[This Happens because the Immortal's blood has it's own collective conscious]
A Bane's Time: Day by day, the Blood improves the insides of Samuel; while keeping his appearance exactly the same. Mental stability and capability that lead to Psychic capabilities after half a Year's time and mental resilience, as well as Physical abilities such as Strength, Speed and Endurance is gradually improved upon any other Human's. This ability will grow stronger with every unless he is "Re-Set" by being destroyed. Eventually over time, in half a Year of Survival Samuel will develop the Immortal's Powers that will allow him to kill other Immortal's.
The Blood:The Blood is the source of power for Samuel, his own blood; the Immortal's, is a toxin for all others now and will burn through biological substances and metals if released. The Blood is capable of manipulating Samuel's body, turning it into grotesque forms to survive; but this requires half a year of time for Samuel's body to develop in strength. Another way to aid The Blood, is that when it realizes that it's "Re-Set" Is upon it, then it will be capable of devouring Organisms that contain blood, and converting it to it's own for a quick re-growth; the Organism however must be completely un-resisting or powerless.

Setbacks/Weaknesses:
Concussion Strikes: Despite his Blood Transfusion, he has a weak Heart; for the Heart doesn't recognize the blood that is not his own, so concussive strikes meant for reverberating an attack could easily stop his heart and send him down. [Martial Arts, Jujitsu, etc. Are effective in this manner.] Bullet's and Blades striking at his heart will cause the same effect, however his Blood corrodes metal.
The "Re-Start": His Body is on a gradual improvement record, if he is to lose his current body [Or most of it] in destruction; he will be re-born from what is left, at a much lesser day or from Day 1 depending on his injuries. If he is to take only mental damage to the brain, he won't lose any days, but he will grow unconscious for other's to strike; or to leave him, for after he returns he will lose his Memories from severe mental trauma.
Magic: Samuel's body is a Physical being, however it's only Magical Capabilities come from Psychic destruction after half a Year's time; he is extremely susceptible to Fire and Freezing Magic's, because he has little to no Magic Resistance.
A Chemist's Promise: Pests, Weeds, the nuisances of life. They all have a chemical or some pesticide to kill them, Samuel is no different. His blood is different, and if a Chemist were to retrieve some [Glass does not corrode to his blood, nor does plastic] they could develop a chemical specially treated to destroy his own blood and body.
Range: Samuel has very few Ranged attacks, and only when his Psychic abilities are present; this leaves him extremely susceptible to ranged attacks of all sorts.

Occupation(s): Nothing; but will eventually be Forced into Work.

Sexuality: Heterosexual [Straight]

Pin Location: Over his heart under his Jacket.

Bio: Samuel was born into a poor family, his parents always fighting and his neighbors always... Well it wasn't exactly legal actions. Throughout his childhood Samuel grew up learning the darker things of life, it was only natural to do so really. Samuel had thought nothing of it however.. He had believed that this 'dark' life was all that there was, all that there could be for him until he started to notice some new people.. People that he didn't think he would ever be close to.
Ever since his childhood, he had been raised alone; in his own room or out in the city with his parents friends. He had never stopped to think that he may have had siblings, siblings that faced the same problems that he did.. Gangs, drugs, alcohol, you know, the easy stuff; but it was one day when his parents were out that two men and a young girl broke into the home; thinking they were robbers.. Samuel tried to stop them. But a glass shard from a nearby broken window only does so much, he was easily pinned down and held fast; he had only been nine at the time, but as he was held down by one of the two men he started to notice a few similiar features.. Despite his youth, he was slightly intelligent. He could recognize eyes and facial features.. Jaw length, cheek bones, the like.
It was in this revelry that the second man searched the house, the young girl standing by staring at what Samuel assumed was her partner pinning him to the floor; but when the second man returned his assumptions were proved false. The second man asked for his parents.. Not only Samuel's, but his own. The three intruders were in a way, his siblings; rather it be half or full he hadn't the slightest clue. His parent's never were the ones for childhood enlightenment, and he had gone a year or two without seeing them before.. Anything could have happened he figured; he just never would have guessed it would be children.
Samuel took almost an hour, stammering about how he didn't know where they were; bursting into tears (Shut up, stop laughing, he's nine!) at even the smallest of questions. In the end though.. He was half dragged and half carried out of the house and into the cleaner part of the city where his siblings were lucky enough to have a small apartment.

It was there that he was kept, soon raised into a better environment then his last.. He was put into public school, at first one of the dimmest children there but he soon caught up and surpassed a few. He spent the nest seven years there; before he started to go out and actually find a way to pay his siblings back for their hospitality. He ended up liking them, even loving his estranged family.. So he felt an even greater urge to help them; to pay them back. He went out to find any work that he could, trying to stay away from the dirt and the grime that he had left as a child; he found small part time jobs easily, but his life was destined to change the day he found out about medical testing..
"Just volunteer, take a few shots and get paid!" Stupid fliers. They were meant to take in kids like Samuel; who readily obliged and went in. Samuel, who had only received a few shots in his life time had actually turned out to be a perfect candidate for some tests. To summarize this experience, he ended up coming back home as if he had been fighting a bees nest with a sock. The inevitable loss eminent, his siblings laughed through their worry; but he assured them that the was fine and continued to help in with their payments for the home.
He continued to do this for some time, looking for continued work but eventually; the clinic he had been volunteering at closed down.. And all of the good part time jobs were taken; all he had left was school.. Every day he looked for something new, something that would pay; but it had taken half a year to find one. It was the week after his seventeenth birthday, he took a walk down to the grimier blocks of the city.. Near where he had left so long ago. A flier he had caught read that an independent scientist was looking for a test subject, and Samuel didn't feel the need to refuse or to worry about it. He had been the only one there.. The single Volunteer; he could see that the scientist was ecstatic that he even got one though, that should have been his first clue. The building was kept sanitary, despite it's location; and as the doctor lead him through the door he felt a p***k in his neck; and that's where Samuel's memories end.

He was out cold, his head resting against the shining tiles of the scientist's floor.. A bit of his red blood streaming from his mouth from the impact; however his body was lifted soon enough, strapped down to a doctor's table; and for half a year the scientist conducted his own experiment on the boy. Keeping him sedated in a coma-like state, this experiment of his; was called the "Human's Immortal"; his theory was that he could actually create an immortal himself, no godly powers, no religious figures; he himself, his deranged self wanted to do it.
The scientist, a former Alchemist who once lived in Shiro a long time ago began immediately; his source of power was blood.. Blood that he had taken from an Immortal he had met in Shiro who had taken an interest in his experiments; and donated enough blood for this transfusion. (If anyone has an immortal, and has read this; I would be fine to have them connect their profile here to have a connection to Samuel ^^) The former Alchemist had plugged in plenty of I.V. drips throughout major arteries in Samuel's body; and had begun to pump out the Human blood from Samuel's body.. At first of course, Samuel didn't take well to the transfusion; his unconscious self fidgeted and thrashed against the table; but the straps held him well. The Alchemist had been prepared for this, to make a creature stronger than Immortal's themselves.. The Immortal's Bane he would have to make the subject go through such hardships; he took a year to stabilize Samuel's blood, a whole year just to have it settle down.. By then of course Samuel was legally dead, but the blood.. Once settled had become a Virus; it took hold of Samuel's lifeless corpse, and copies a Blueprint of his body a week before his indoctrination.. [Yes, coincidentally his Birthday] This blueprint was held in the Virus's mind as it re-created Samuel from that time, however; memories could never be re-made. He had lost those.. Every last one of them but there was always a chance for flashbacks; for his brain to twitch in a strange way to bring back remnants of a memory.
Once Samuel was stable, his body began to grow stronger.. After he reaches his Blueprint stage, the blood will continue to improve upon Samuel's condition; changing him from the inside.
This is where things went wrong for the Alchemist, he began to realize that the drug he was administering Samuel to keep him down for so long was pooling on the ground and spilling out.. His blood; was physically rejecting the intoxicant, it was improving his immune system. So he had to work fast, he force fed Samuel a glass of the drug; [That would kill a ten year old child..] and grabbed a bag that he had been preparing during his experiment; he quickly scrawled down a note and as he dragged Samuel off of the table, a strange man (The Immortal, who had volunteered his blood: Position Available) had helped lift the body as well. Together, they brought Samuel to a place that few men on Earth new about; but that a powerful Immortal, and intelligent Alchemist had found. One of the very few ways for someone to reach the Northstar Academy, and as they loaded Samuel onto the bus that eventually reached into the skies they gave him a bag to set up his new life, and a note; waiting for the day that they can use him for his true purpose.

The Note Read:
>>Hello my dear son Samuel, you should still have the memories to speak; to write, and to read like any other man should have. For that I am proud of this, I am proud of you. You will arrive in a strange place soon, an Academy in the Skies ; there you must live for quite some time. Make some friends, enemies if you prefer; just know that I will be there soon to guide you when you're ready. Just know, that you are meant for a greater purpose; a purpose that if i'm right, may even surpass the gods. I will see you soon my son, please, enjoy your time in this city.
>> Your doting Father, York

Character Flaws: Foolish and Gullible, Samuel's lack of memories leaves him not only shy; but susceptible to cruel jokes and games. Samuel is also very impressionable, and may trust the wrong people at times; being led into bad situations with the kindest of intentions. Another flaw of his is that he can be found stuttering at times, being stuck in true situations of utter confusion.
