The Atlan Wastes have democracy and a government which they elect every 3 - 5 years.
The Western Area is run by a council. All the estate owners are part of the council. They have a book of codes.
Koorva also has democracy and a government which they elect every 3 - 5 years.
The Islands of the Shattered Sea have no rulers but cities are run by mayors who enforce the laws. In smaller areas the people take care of their own justice which can be brutal.
The Eastern Mountains, Deeplock Mountains, and Dead Isles are ruled by a Queen who is a Demon.
The rest of the land consists of tribes who rule themselves. There are a few self-run cities.
