I am in need of some major help.
I'm writing this story.
98 pages into it.
And I've just stopped.
Something feels off and I can't figure it out.
I'm pretty sure I need to delete this one part that seems like random fluff.
But I don't know.
Please.
Someone help me a bit.

I definitely have time to give it a read through, but if you feel you've already found the problem section, it would definitely be in the best interest of your story (and you, of course) to just cut the fluff. It'll hurt like hell now, but you'll be a happier person later, in my opinion! 3nodding

If there's a part of your story that feels like it serves no purpose and is holding you back, then dump it. It might not be fun, but if it's holding you back, then you should not keep it.
