Mehhh - Is all I can say. I only played the Monk to level 20 ish as a healer and I didn't like it.

heals are kind of boring at first but they do get more fun in latter lvls.

idk most holy paladins ive seen kind of realy suck.

I have 3 monks. A lvl 100 DPS, a 92 Healer, and working on a tank one. So far, I like them as DPS, but the healer spec isn't bad either. Tanking is a whole other story... I don't think I'll be grouping any time soon. xD
