The wind whistled in Mei-Yun's hair as she swooped in pure joy as her wings flew into the night underneath the star strung sky. It was heaven. (XD) Literally heaven. She could feel the positive energy as she flowed along with the constellations. This place was so serene and peaceful were she could truly speak to Nykyrian here. Where she could truly understand him and his overwhelming emotions. She drifted in the air with grace as she stepped lightly onto the Earth and smiled. Looking towards the sky for the Demon Prince himself. She had motioned for him to follow and pure lighted hope and warmth spread against her body in overwhelming passion. The wind sending a breeze along the wide beautiful stretching plains itself.

Nykyrian appeared in the valley looking skywards. he was awestruck by the night sky and all the constellations. to him it was art and life rather then the dull depression of the stalactites in hell. He felt a sense of relief for having left the demonic confines of the world he knew for this new freedom at the cost of his safety. He quickly saw Mei and smiled softly as he stretched his wings. to him this was paradise no need to torture, no accountability and lastly just solitude with no one else to report in on him. Nykyrian walked over to Mei with his hand held out towards her. He smiled as he leaned against the wind. In that very moment he was truly happy with out a single worry in the world.

Mei-Yun smiled. The rose still tucked in her hair that Nykyrian had given to her. She was so at peace when she took Nykyrian's hand. A blush appearing on her own face as she felt his palm grasp herself she happily walked along the valley her head held up to the sky. The blankets of stars twinkling above them and her soul lifted in harmony. She smiled kindly towards him. Her voice gentle and pure as a breeze of wind ruffled the long grass along their feet. She sat down motioning for Nykyrian to sit along with her. Her head laid in the grass and her smile not faltering. She turned to him with warm eyes. "So Nyk what do you think?" The breeze rippled another time as the earth seemed to swirl around her. It was dark and yet light at the same time as she felt the heat from Nyk press against herself as she blushed.

Nykyrian looked at Mei and then back at then at the night sky. Slowly and carefully Nykyrian put an arm around the angel and blushed. Nykyrian looked at her and smiled wanting an end to the war if it meant that he could spent time with the princess. The sky here is so beautiful almost as striking as you. he whispered softly in to her ear his inner most feelings and his dreams. To him he had little worry at this point all he wanted was to spend eternity like this after the endless pain of hell. Hell has nothing like this sky anywhere. The best we have is lava and the river styx and a garden. He smiled as he held Mei close by looking skyward still awestruck at the stars and how they shined. it would be with him for the rest of his life just seeing them. Nykyrian hoped he could find redemption and eventually see the angel in heaven at some point in time. He had no idea of what would happen after his death.

Mei-Yun felt that smile stay plastered on her face as she chuckled in amusement. When she felt the Prince's arm around her her face erupted into a blush once more. Her heart pumped rapidly and she felt a warm calming emotion that could only be described in one word. Was she feeling....love? She sighed brushing the thought away then gazing into the own night sky. It was truly beautiful and it spread out across like a miraculous shadow. Still she smiled at Nykyrian's explanation of Hell to her. "Lava, a River, and a Garden. That doesn't seem so bad to me. Plus you're one of the most handsome Demons I've ever met before." She laughed aloud her face was still mad in blush though from his comments of her beauty. "I think it's kind of funny that angels created the stars. But each constellation means something different. Like that one." She pointed to the star pattern above. "I remember when the angels created that one. They named it Andromeda for the Greek Princess whom was rescued by her hero Perseus if you know what I mean." She gave a small light-hearted laugh and felt the breeze sweep herself again. "What is it like with your kind? Mine seems to be made up of all artists, musicians, and protectors with swords." Her head turned towards the demon as she gave another small laugh. The sky looked so perfect tonight. Just perfect.

Nykyrian stopped and thought for a moment on just what demons kinds there where. after a few moments he calmly said in a soft voice. That is not an easy thing to answer its one of those things that you have to live in hell to understand. Nykyrian lay back on the ground feeling its softness and was surprised that it was not painful at all but quiet giving. The wind softly rustled his feathers as he looked embarrassed at her comment. Nykyrian had always hidden his face for fear of being mocked about it. The prince took out a small brimstone sigil and held it out to Mei. its a good luck charm its gotten me out of a bind or two in my time. The night to his was still fascinating due to all the things it had. hell had night and day but not do finely tell able or the stars. he sat looking at the constellations trying to guess the tale behind each one. he would keep looking at them for quite while.

Mei smiled at Nykyrian. It was a gentle and soft smile. Her eyes twinkling like the stars themselves. "I understand." She replied when he had talked about living in hell to understand. She smiled even wider at his little keepsake charm. "Keep it close Nykyrian." She laughed lightly as she was embraced by a swirling gust of wind. But her brow raised for a moment as she looked among the stars. "Who might your other be Nykyrian if you're father is clearly Alec of the underworld?" She replied in wonder. She had heard stories the King was married to the Queen but something else was part of that whole thing as well. Another woman was it? Mei-Yun sighed at the thought. Love was complicated. Plain and simple. She stretched her hand out not realizing just yet that she was touching the Prince's hand as well. She looked admiringly at the stars looking at them each in happiness. "Angels have created the stars not just for decoration but to guide those to peace." She laughed at the thought and continued to wonder at the stars for moments and moments to trickle by.

Nykyrian looked at the angel rather embarrassed at her last question . The prince's face was slightly glowing red as he looked Mei in the eyes with a warmhearted smile on his face. Nykyrian was a little reluctant at first to answer as he composed himself still glowing faintly with embarrassment. I have yet to find someone to call my other. I fear to much of what father would do if he caught me being intimate with anything other then a succubus in my chambers half of the time. He looked at the ground penitent for admitting to a few sins alone in that statement. I have forgotten so very much of what demons do. My mind has been almost shattered so i an re learning or painfully remembering bits and pieces at a time. I am no where near as strong as most of the Arch demons or others that roam the surface for the time being unless i wear my mask to bring me to equal footing. Nykyrian shivered as he looked at the pale mask in his hands. the mask its self had absolutely no features other then two eye slots in it and a black and blue hue when he needed to call upon it for strength. He looked up at the stars and traced a few with this index finger. Slowly he realized he would have to leave this angel for her safety and his. So how do you know of my father and mother? he asked in a curious tone suggesting no danger but rather astonishment.

Mei-Yun smiled back at him. She hoped she was doing her job. The Seraphim was a position of hope and love and she needed to complete it. This was her duty. When he had told her he was not in any relationship even by his succubi she smiled softly. "An other is special." She sighed looking up into the sky. "You must truly love that person to become their partner." Laughing she dotted out the constellations once more. "As for your father who wouldn't know about him? He is the ruler of hell after all. However, I don't know who your mother is though." She sighed looking towards the sky with a small little smile. "You probably know my mom though. I think shes a bit to.....overprotective though..." Feeling the grass skim across her skin she sighed once more. Though something wasn't right tonight...there was something amiss she couldn't put her finger on. The air seemed still and she could feel a rumble from the Earth. She sat up gazing around....wondering what she should do. Her eyes widening as she felt something deep in the Earth.

Nykyrian smiled at Mei as he listened to her words taking them deep to his heart. To him it seemed she knew so much about what i meant to live a happy life of reasonable responsibility with out much restraint. The prince glowed softly red as he heard her mention love. Nykyrain quietly cried on the inside knowing everyone knew of him due to his father. To him it seemed he would eternally be in his shadow as his spawn and nothing more then a monster from hell. Nykyrian quickly turned and manifested his sword as he wrapped a wing around her protectively. He had no idea why the earth was shaking but he knew it was not likely to be friendly. What goes there. Be ye friend or foe. he said in a demonic tone as he re manifested his armor and dawned his mask. he turned and softly said to Mei i have no idea what might be approaching but you might want to take care if i have to i will drag what ever it is to hell with me. he said in a sad tone. Nykyrians horns seemed to shine in the star lit sky as the prince was not going to let something harm this princess. If she got hurt he knew he was going to wish he was in the deepest pit of hell as a good day.

I will never cease to rest... There was a crunch of gravel under Miasma's foot as he ripped a hole out of the ground coming from Hell He cracked his neck as he stretched a little out in the open. He took a deep breath and made a gagging sound. This crisp clean air was absolutely disgusting to his senses. He had his rapier attached to a little hold on the back of his armor as he walked around the valley. He detected the presence of a demon, but also that of an angel as he snarled at the latter. He paused at the height of his position and looked down, spotting Nykyrian and Mei-Yun talking to each other. If he had a face beneath the helmet he wore, it would be grinning evilly at this opportunity. The angel princess was right in his sights, spawn of everything he hated, in such a spot. Such easy prey...No guards, and all that is between me and that little cretin is a demon... ...until all that is holy is squirming at my feet. ╔══════════════╗

"Shoot." Mei-Yun cursed in her breath. She felt the air just tremble around herself and of course her face paled. She didn't know what to do but suddenly a man had erupted from the ground. She let out a slight gasp as she realized it was none other than another demon. Her eyes widened and her body shaked a bit but she stood firm standing close to Nykyrian. "Nyk. Do you know this demon?" She asked as her eyes began to gaze at him. She felt slightly reassured with Nykyrian by her side. I mean they both were flowing with much demonic power but she couldn't let go of the feeling. Her body froze in place and she grasped her katana tightly. Her eyes narrowed a bit but her expression was still calm though only Nykyrian could feel her tremble. She inhaled a shaky breath to smell the faint assuring aroma of the rose Nyk had given to her that still laid on her hair. A Demonic Rose but a compassionate filled one.

Nykyrian looked at Mei and simply in a kind tone said. Run Get out of here we will meet again sometime. The Prince looked at the other demon and smiled as he made his mask translucent when he spoke in a deep booming voice. Now Reveal yourself. I will not harm you lest you seek a quarrel with the girl. The prince raised his sword and calmly spread his wings in a defiant show of force to the other demon. Nykyrian wondered partly who sent this monster so soon. But it was a fleeting thought to him as he looked at Mei and took a defensive stance to block the demon from a quick kill on the princess.
