Appearance: A baby faced man with a light scruffy beard normal shaved in a goatee. His hair is dirty blond that normally covers his right eye, just reaching a slightly long nose. His hands and feet are one size smaller than the rest of his body and he has long running lags. His costume is mostly dark purple with black added for some of the details. There is three parts the outer part is made out of leather. Underneath is tightly woven titanium mail like they use in shark suits. The inside of the suit is a woven silk for a bit of comfort.
His mask appears to be black riding goggles with red leases. His hands and feet are covered in a light pair of biker gloves and sports boots both black. He does not have a cape but a long red silk scarf reaching down to his back. He has a black belt with holsters for his tools and weapons.

Personality: Captain Pervert is a bit of enigma at times he seems like a fool who've put on a costume for fame, glory and chicks. But he’s willing to lay life down to do what’s right. He also has morals and a code he lives by firstly he may hit on, grope and bug women to sleep with him. But he would never force a woman or even strike one. He’s not the smartest person and often jumps to conclusions and sticks with them until proven wrong. He’s a mostly a friendly person who enjoys a good fight and dramatics. When out of his costume Dustin is a quiet man who’s a bit shy and has trouble talking to people.
Powers: None what so ever, only thing you may consider a power is his will power increases by the presents of a pretty female. He also has a few more technical devices mostly things he‘s taken from lab rooms or more technical villain’s he’s encountered, whatever he could get his hands on to better equip himself for an enemy he can’t beat with brute force only. His mask at first glance looks like a pair of motorcycle goggles are one of his most advanced gadgets. The lenses can enhance his vision allowing the wearer to see well with very low light, he can also magnify what he can see by presses the side of his mask, and even in complete darkness he can switch to a thermal view.
Smoke bombs mixed with different types aphrodisiacs. Allowing him to quickly surprise his foe and smell like raspberries and dark chocolate and almonds afterwards.
Bondage ball is a device that once it’s thrown at someone it opens and releases a series of straps that wrap around the person it’s thrown at. Once around the person it looks like a bondage harness and starts to tighten depending on the movement of the one it’s around, the more they fight it the tighter it gets.
Lastly Captain Pervert has a rod witch even he does not quite understand how it works. He took the device form a master thief. By itself does nothing but once hooked up to one of the interchangeable heads, which look almost like the same round bottle cap sized white caps. It acts as a small generator to power up the head he put on. The heads themselves are the following a grappling hook, a lock pick and a long pole. There was more at one time, but they were destroyed after Captain Pervert took the tool as his own being to dangers.
Weakness: His tools are his power but also his weakness being a object they could be stolen and used against him or his allies and without them he stands at a disadvantage.
Morals are also one of his weaknesses he refuses to strike a woman instead just gropes them, at most gives them a spanking in fights and tries to avoid being beat to a pulp.
Skills: In close quarters combat he uses a bullwhip, or a pair of metal tonfas, He has some skill in stealth and theft stealing women’s panties without them noticing also good a guessing bra sizes.
Origin: Dustin McCarthy’s started out as an amateur novelist born and raised in Canada. Who has never been someone to stand out and be the center of attention. Infect he would normally slink away at the chance; he’s only had a few friends and disliked big crowds. Dustin was more into superhero’s as a kid and grew out of them. It was not till he was given a few graphic novels that he started to get into again, haven been more into shows outside the US/Canada such as English and Japanese shows. The Idea started in his mind of dressing up as a hero and fighting crime after seeing a movie about the subject, but it was just something to talk about nothing he or his friends would do. He hadn’t even thought of a name at the time. A few years later, moving to the US Dustin was shocked at the difference in crime levels. One night coming across a mugging he was going to run to get help till it began to turn to a rape that he lost it. He ran to the two men he fought the two men off and drove them back. The adrenalin was rushing threw his veins and it felt unbelievable. He started only a few nights a week and he had goggles and a purple bandana over his mouth on at the time to keep his face from being remembered, though he was starting to like mystery. He felt like he could be the Person he wanted to be in the little costume. Every now and then he’s had to upgrade the costume and he got bolder. Though some of his actions labeled him a pervert at the time he laughed at the name and he started to use it. He even started to use a catchphrase. “Never fear Captain Pervert is here, to relieve you of your troubles and your panties.” It was not long till he started to get a bit of a name for himself and a fan base it was not till one night during a patrol that he ran into the first person you may consider a villain. A car thief with an oversized wrench who was called the Mechanic, who took apart the cars and sold the pieces normally to the ones he stole them from. It was Captain Pervert’s real life or death fight and he nearly lost against the man. It was only from a lucky hit with a chain he picked up from one off the goons he beat up just before that he knocked him. After stumbling to his apartment to get his wounds cleaned up he promise himself that he would never get that badly beaten again. Once his bones healed he started to do some serious training and started to work on ways to protect himself better. Equipped with his weapons and more trained to use them he started to seek out crimes again, though now with every hard fight he faced he got better looking at what made that fight hard to begin with and using it as his own. Now Captain Pervert is equipped with what he needs to prove himself as one of the best hero’s ever.
