One of the homes of the Animal breeds like Komamura and Shingaara,
hundreds of animal types live in this area along with surrounding districts, making and selling goods to benifit Orphans and others who live here.
The homes are like any other District, but has a nice supply of dark alleys,
market area, dirt roads and activity.
The Shingaara Family operate in this area but some of them live elsewhere in other districts, Gato was raised here before the Academy.
One might see quite a bit of Feline types like Gato, also some humans here and there the Family adopts into the family clan.
Families own sections of the District, all related to the Shingaara family by marriage or blood relation,
it is one big charity so to speak for the other districts that are quite poor like they are.

~Shingaara~ Shingaara after walking here was sitting by a building in deep thought over the Observer incident, having left his Captains to do their job without him holding their hands, they were capable enough and needed a break from Gato. Sitting there, a few folks of this district walked by, a human and a bird type that walked by, a parrot by the looks of the person. A dog type was infront of his home sweeping up with a few other animal types walking by, Gato worried over the events that might or will happen to the gotei once more. 'Will I be the head captain that failed the Gotei?' thought Gato while awaiting Jisaku and himself to go in the district, Gato afraid of going back home...(Gato came here out of stress from the events going on he doesnt want to show it infront of the other captains to appear like a super hero in a sense)

 Squad Four Captain: Jisaku Morimoto
Jisaku broke out of his flash-step after following Gatomaru all the way out to an area in North Rukongai. Just like the last time he was here, he was utterly wowed by the different species of animals, walking around going about their lives like humans. Someone needed to get out more. "I can see why you missed this place." After a few seconds of no response, he looked at Gatomaru, noticing he was kind of out of it. He then put a hand on his friend's head. "Gato-san, are you okay?"

~Shingaara~ Shingaara stood up after Jisaku asked him if he was alright so the feline stood there looking to some humans talking with another bird type being over there. "I'm alright enough to continue ... I'm just afraid of being here ... one of my brothers died and here I am .." he said not really being able to continue finishing his sentance as he walked off leading Jisaku around by using his feet for once. As the cat led Jisaku further into the Rukon district life went on after everyone in the district stared at the two a bit before going about their business since Gato was a welcome sight. "My parents never turned away an orphan .. and continued having kids and such till they died too ... The Shingaara along with the Harusane family thats related to the family help the Rukon to improve living conditions ... .. we adopt humans also .. so a few of my relatives will be human .. " he said pretty much preparing himself and Jisaku to meet his family, the cat needing to talk to settle down as he made his way to his family's neighborhood.
Making his way forward a few more feline type civilians were seen as Gato passed into the Shingaara neighborhood that wasnt a mansion, an estate ... just a poor neighborhood with better streets and slightly better buildings than the rest of the Rukon.
"Its changed a little .. I think one of my sisters is hosting ... everyone seems to be here still .." he said walking off to a home where he walked up seeing several human children playing with smaller feline type children along with an adult human watching over them. Knocking on the side of the wall next to the door he heard several beings inside start shuffling around hollering and making a ruckus.
'One Second!' said a voice within, Gato's ears back, nervious..

Squad Four Captain: Jisaku Morimoto
"Oh...I see." Jisaku followed Gatomaru through the district. He never realized this was such a sensitive subject. Putting that aside, he put a smile on when Gatomaru told him about his family. "Your parents seem like really kind people...so to speak."
When they made it to his neighborhood, Jisaku couldn't help but turn around once and get a load of the place. He noticed there were quite a few more feline folk around. When Gato knocked on the door, he could hear a female voice speak up. He looked down at Gato and clearly noticed he was a little shaken. He had never seen him like this before.

~Shingaara~ Shingaara stood there with jisaku when the door opened up revealing an old human lady standing there just around the height of Ayumi, a smile on her face with her eyes seemingly shut. The lady had her mouth open slightly as she put her hands together and bowed to the Captains where she simply lunged forward gently, hugging Gato where he kept his ears folded back with a stare to Jisaku. "Its good to see you Sei'la .. I came-" said Gato calmly making the old lady reel back welcoming him into the home with a wave of her hand, oddly enough very much the same gesture he always did at times. Gato's ears folded forward as the inner home was revealed, no funiture inside at all other than beds near the walls in the next rooms, children, adults and elders on the floor living their lives in poverty.
'Gatomaru, come in, your brother is out back' said the old woman putting her hands at her lap cloth where she began wiping her hands and fingers slightly, making gato nod slightly. "This is Captain Jisaku, I know how much you and the other sisters of mine hate her ... so he's here ... Jisaku this is one of my sisters" he said pointing to the old woman who nodded her head as Gato walked into the home where everyone simply got up and scooted away to make way. There were even more felines in here than there were outside, maybe a bobcat or a human or two here and there but mostly cats.
In the next room there was a trio of shrines to family members, pictures and such, one of them a rather elegant and stunning cheetah type with a very distinctive mohawk down the length of his back. The others were pictures of elderly humans and what appeared to be Gato's parents side by side in one picture, with human orphans by them.
Gato seemed wide eyed and a little gentle at the moment as he kept going through the home, putting his paw on one person's hand then patting another person on the shoulder. He was saying hello to the family members he did know, each one either his cousin, brother, sister, or someone who was adopted into the family. He seemed sad.
'Its good that you came Captain .. Gato .. needs help when he comes around here' said the old woman who was Gato's sister.

Squad Four Captain: Jisaku Morimoto
((I was really expecting Miu))
The door opened up and in front of them was the very definition of a "little old lady." Apparently, this old lady was one of Gatomaru's "sisters" and Jisaku bowed politely before her. "I'm pleased to meet you, ma'am." When Gatomaru went inside, Jisaku could tell his friend had warmed up a fair few degrees. He crouched down a bit when Sei'la whispered to him. "I figured as much. I'll do what I can."
With that, he went inside and couldn't help but look around at the various shrines. He was greeted by many of Gato's family members and some of the younger kids, human and feline alike, actually felt the need to cling to his robes. "Okay! Okay! Settle down, please!"

~Shingaara~ Shingaara even kelt over to a little feline's level and hugged her along with a larger normal child who was the grandchildren of Sei'la over there. Gato looked up and stood up straight seeing a large figure in the next room looming over near the archway of the door so he seemingly puffed up his muscles it seemed with an amused look on his face. "Brotus!" he laughed as he walked over hugging what appeared to be the forearm of a very large lion type that lived here so he made a little chat with him in a lower tone and laughed some more where he walked to the back door. "Your father would be proud of you, getting so big and strong" said gato punching his paw making it seem he was being tough but then again speaking to this lion type as if he was one of his brother's sons.
Gato opened the back door where he walked on out turning around waving to Jisaku to come out, making everyone relax as the large Lion type lugged over to the next rooms to go outside. Taking a moment he went into the backyard that was the only thing one could consider normal, grass and a laundry line across the side of the lawn. Three graves were lined up in the corner with names and faces etched into the stone, one a feline and the two others a human and the Cheetah type seen within the home on the shrine.
With a sorrowful sigh he relaxed his overal body to show how he felt seeing his brother in his grave so he walked over and sat down beside the grave where he set his paw on the side of it, this grave having the picture of a human.
This human seemed to have been his brother, he has spikey short hair and a boney face, and a scar going up the side of his left face across his lip on the grave where they carved his name and face.

'Tirus Shingaara' (lol Miu is one of two relatives in my rpc locker =P )

Squad Four Captain: Jisaku Morimoto
Jisaku's eyes widened as Gatomaru faced a huge lion-esque character. That expression changed to disbelief as Gato punched the lion and started chatting it up with him. With all the different species of feline, it was hard to tell who was older and who was younger than who.
When Gato beckoned him out back, Jisaku tried to follow but was still slowed down by the kids. "Come on, guys. I'll play with you when I get back inside, okay?" Jisaku received various "affirmative" responses as the kids let go of his robes, allowing him to follow Gatomaru outside. He soon found the feline Soul Reaper in front of the middle of three graves. The human on the picture almost resembled a zombie. Jisaku sat down next to Gatomaru and looked at the gravestone. "Tirus Shingaara... So this guy was your brother?"

~Shingaara~ Shingaara sat there seeing his brother's grave so he leaned back still before the three as he and Jisaku took their vacation to this place, mainly to let some stress out by visiting family. "Yes, out of the sisters and brothers I know here he was one of them that I grew up with. Mother and father had so many that the older ones usually stick close and know one another ... I dont know most of the younger ones but we're family ..." he explained as he stared at his brother's face there, then to the other graves where he relaxed with Sei'la nearby at the doorway keeping back to give Gato his space. Motioning to the grave with the feline's face carved into the "That was my cousin .. he was killed during the Vandenreich skermish .. Yamamoto saw fit to even the balance out by taking him out along with thousands of other Rukon folk ... just another face out of the crowd, all for the balance." he sighed as he motioned to the other feline type grave, Gato knowing both but failed to say anything about the Cheetah type that had a grave by the two to the right and also had a picture in the home at the shrine.
"I wish I could come here more but the Job I have isnt forgiving ... it should say 'people will hate you' in the job description" he added, showing how he in a way, hated the Head Captain job since everyone seemed to either look down on him or just hated him but it was part of the job in his eyes.

Jisaku folded his arms under his sleeves as Gatomaru let out some steam about his brother, then his cousin. He couldn't help but chuckle a bit when Gatomaru griped about his job. "I've noticed. It's not easy making all the hardest decisions. But hey, you still have me and Ayumi-chan. And you still have Rei-san too." He turned to look Gatomaru in the eye. "Whatever the deal with these Kembutsu or whatever is, I want you to know I have your back no matter what happens."

~Shingaara~ Shingaara kept staring at the graves then to the sky here where the cat looked to Jisaku with a normal look other than the usual types he gives people. "I know, you and Ayumi along with Rei if he's aware enough ... are the only ones that seem to have my back ..." he said with a little sigh once again but thought of others who also had his best intrests in mind untill she vanished into Hueco Mundo. "I want the other Captains to grow up .. handle things on their own without me going out there ... now that we're here ... you are free to go out to support them .. .. you did what I asked of you .. " he said adding to the whole situation, Gato much like anyone with power, stressed after awhile and still more or less human about it. "The Gotei needs a break from me so I'll .. most likely wonder around out here or in the Human world ... to get back into shape .. I honestly dont know what there is to do next without my Captains questioning my every order" said Gato looking up slightly, rubbing his head as his sister kept looking at them from over there by the door untill his nephew Brotus showed up and walked out to the streets by leaving the home.
"He is Tirus's son, he's a good boy .. got big since I last saw him ..." he said in an amused tone as the Lion type larger than Komamura went off to the Rukon for something..

"...All right." Jisaku continued to stare at his friend before getting back on his feet and walking back towards the house. However, he stopped after a few steps. "I know you're willing to die for us. But just don't throw your life away, okay? There are still people who want to see you. Like Ayumi-chan and Natsuko-sensei. And I know you want to see Sanijishi again, don't you?" Jisaku paused for a bit to let those particular words sink in. "Just take your time and think about what you need to do."
As he headed back inside, he briefly passed by Brotus. "Guy doesn't talk much, does he-OOF!" As soon as he opened the door, he was tackled by the kids again. "I know! I know! I'll play with you!"

~Shingaara~ Shingaara turned around seeing Jisaku get into the house as his sister walked in as well making him alone out here with the graves so he looked to the Cheetah grave. Standing up he stood where he was for a second before bowing to the three graves untill standing up straight looking to the cheetah one still. "It was good seeing you three again .. I'll be along shortly" he said calmly as he said his peace with the three there, Gato turning and walking to the home where he stepped in and picked up a small Feline type that ran upto him. "Now that I visited my family, what does Jisaku want to do? ... are you going to assist in the Observer's investigation?" asked Gato, kinda wanting to see Natsuko along with Sani now that he thought about it. Gato walked off to a corner of the room where he sat down with two other elders, one a german sheperd type and the other a human with several other animal types.

"Well, now that I think about it," Jisaku said, pulling a clingy gray feline from his haori, "I wouldn't mind seeing Sensei again. I haven't had her cooking in ages. I'll get back to work after that. Wanna tag along?"
