He abandoned the military, and his country attempting to escape the friendly fire slaughter of 2/6 troops killing 2/5 troops to cover up certain... loose ends... Managing to escape to a nearby island, Karl found himself an openly accepted citizen on Kunaria. But his time was short among the populace, as he escaped to the private life in the mountains, where he has been making a peaceful lifestyle for many years. Ocasionally leaving his home to dolly around Kunaria from time to time.
