Route 4 will seem like a picnic compared to the harsh world of Mt. Moon. If you're low on energy, bypass the grass and head for the pokemon center in Cerulean City immediately. If you still have the will to explore, however, wander through the weeds for a bit. Keep your eyes open for an Ekans or a Sandshrew.
