Bio: The results of one of Japple's many experiments known as "Experiment M". Japple drank the miwture in hopes that he'd gain magical abilities, but was changed into Mr.Hay. The potion did work in giving him magic but twisted his mind in the process. Hay knows everything Japple knows, but Japple never remembers anything about his experience as Hay after he turns back.
