The Sealed City of Scholars, also referred to as the City of Shade, is a cavern city located underneath a mountain range on the northeastern part of the Land of Echoes. The city is a large archive, and the majority of its population are scholars studying the archives. Many come to visit this city to learn war tactics and strategies.
