Hachuurui Kunitsu, land of the reptiles, it is the homeland of all reptile and some amphibians based summonings. It is known that the region also is home to Mount Myōboku, the homeland of all frog and toad summonings and due to this geographic closeness there are frequent clashes between the inhabitants of the regions.
The previous ruler of the Reptiles in this region was Manda, the collosal serpent but after his death, his position was taken over by the The White Snake Sage and resides at the Ryūchi Cave. He rules with ferocity and fear though he has been known to show care and respect to those he deems his superior. As a Sage, it is very knowledgeable in Senjutsu as it teaches those who he deems worthy how to use senjutsu and Sage Mode, which he mastered.
Mount Myōboku, also known as the "Mountain of Bewilderment," is a sacred place of the land of toads, the place where all the toads that Naruto, Minato and Jiraiya have summoned live. It is home for huge and small toads alike. Mount Myōboku is a rich and beautiful land, whose ultimate authority seems to be the Great Toad Sage.Shima and Fukasaku are both elders and sages, and they seem to have an even higher authority than Gamabunta himself.
On Mount Myōboku exists a score of musical genjutsu that have passed down since an immemorial time. Of which is a genjutsu that only the two great sage toads have mastered such as the Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. These genjutsu are very powerful and can only be performed by combining the melody and the lyrics that only the toads can utter.
