Yeah my friend has a boyfriend that she has never mentioned she liked him till a few months ago. Apparently she liked him for over a year. Anyway they are together and well at school they never talk. They don't even say hi. They just stare at each other. But you know how it is with this. Nervous. This is her first boyfriend, and she is shy but it's kinda awkward just watching them not even talk or sit together or even walk home for that matter. They both live on the same street. She tells me that she texts him but text is completely different from when you actually talk to them in real. I just don't know about it. Is it worth being in a relationship where you rarely talk? I'm worried. But I'm also just watching out for her since its the first.

i'm pretty shy myself, i hide in the back in all of my classes and have never asked a person out so i can tell you personally that slowly easing into it is probably best for soemthing like this. if it's the first boyfriend then yeah, nervousness or over-giddyness seem to be the norms from what i've seen. not talking at all isn't that great though, no. if you want to help i'd say to try and suggest going and hanging out together, or just at school trying to bring them both into a conversation so they're at least talking around each other and hopefully it can go from there.

that's the best i've got

I've tried that but she refuses and says "I'm scaring him" though i don't have any idea what I'm doing wrong just starting conversation between both. As apparently he is a brony.... So yeah
