Yeah... I don't Rp but my mind often runs rampant with incredible ideas that I wouldn't mind seeing brought to life. Drop a reply here and tell me what kind of background for an Rp you want and I'll see if I can improve upon it and give you an even better world to Rp in. I'd love to read along a world I helped create and possibly join in later if it really catches my interest.

I haven't been feeling weel for a while, but I've had this random setting where its a slightly futuristic city. Where most buildings are made of glass and what not, but the weird thing is the Sun never sets. Continuously at the sunset time of day some people panic, while others continue with their daily activities. What no one knows, is something is holding the Earth at rest.... That's all I have at the moment, Maybe others can chip in or make suggestions? Thanks.

That does sound like it would be highly stressing considering most people like to have a time to look forward to when they can "wind down" Buildings mostly made of glass... are you going for a problem involving heat? If so, the glass idea does sound good but if not then I'd suggest mirrors instead of glass. Mirror buildings would have been the idea of the future to battle against the never-ending sun, it makes sense when I think about it. Would you be adding an underground-dweller element as well? People who grew to hate the constant sun so they made their homes underground, only coming out on rare occasions if even at all. What exactly holds the world in place? Is it some giant unseen creature that holds the world from one side or could it be a state of frozen-time that affects all the world except for the city, maybe the sun itself is the cause and the mirror buildings within the city deflect the time-stopping effect? Perhaps the world's revolutions it made in the past were a type of clock and now that it's stopped, the world is coming to an end. What do you think of these ideas?

Thanks. that sounds like the s6 finale of DW.... time is perpetually stopped at 5:03 pm, buildings are made of glass but there are coal engine trains instead of a metro... the government is based off the roman empire, but churchill is ceasar... pterodactyls flying about.....
i also don't RP.... i used too, but i haven't felt the love or inspiration in a long, long time.... so i too will throw out the occasional random idea or help develop back story....

It's interesting. I like it mostly because it suits my own personal interests. You may need to correct some parts in the explaining story though, it was somewhat difficult to read. It's interesting but you may need to add... a threatening element to it as well as a choice. By threatening element, I mean a problem, something for people to think about? A good story or Rp has it's players but without a direction to go in, it's difficult to begin. Ideas for a conflict in the Rp may be "rogue" Djinns, people who chose to have no master so instead, they attack those with them. This could forms bonds between master and Djinn which might lead your Rp more in the direction you prefer. And by choice, I mean dark side or light side. Conflict makes for good fun, especially when betrayal is involved. Now, sides don't really need to be divided between "Dark" and "Light" or good/evil, etc. etc. sides could simply be rogues and bonds with masters. Some could like the way their master treats them.

Hm... Okay. I understand. I'll try to fix it soon then. Thank you very much! As I said I just work behind the scenes occasionally making events in the world created by the people. Sometimes the events would bring a dark evil that needed to be stopped or just something simple. One infamous event that occurred in one of the past Rp guilds was "The Dusk Event" A demonic gate appeared deep in the woods on the edge of the city, it seethed evil and pure power. A force emanated through the city, everything could feel it's presence. Although... noone could see the threat that would bring the world to ruins unless compromise can be meet to take down this monster. Essentially, Dusk was a demonic warlord of hell, broken through to Earth in response to the "Super powers" waging war within it. Because our Rp was only a decent size at the time, I used Nightmare from Soul Calibur as "Demon King Dusk". You're welcome. I love helping weave together a good Rp.

PoppiHollaPuddelz Roleplay ideas? I have a thread full of 'em. So, how exactly will this work? Simply pick a favorite of yours. Post it here, I'll break it down, examine it, tell you the parts that I like and modify parts that I think you might like or might improve the idea. This is all per my opinion though. You don't have to like my ideas and I'd prefer if you didn't argue with them either. After all, it would be your own choice to let me even place an opinion.

The breeze started, soft and calm. But the Willow knew. It had stood guard over the cities, a silent sentinal throughout the ages. Then the whispers began. They say that the dead are the first to know of a coming storm, and a white haze, near imperceptible to the human eye, began to swirl around the roots. A last-ditch attempt to avoid the flood. They didn't make it.
~Among the debris of floating rubble, a girl stood knee-deep in dirt.~ So many memories gone. And yet the willow was there, a ghostly form painted into the scenery. The whispers continued. Here was a scene of tragedy. The souls couldn't rest. So she sat down on a piece of jagged wood and thought. T ʜ ᴇ W ʜ ɪ s ᴘ ᴇ ʀ ɪ ɴ ɢ W ɪ ʟ ʟ ᴏ ᴡ ᴛ ᴀ ᴠ ᴇ ʀ ɴ & ɪ ɴ ɴ
