After the defeat of King Sombra and the rise of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, a remnant was left in the snow. It was only a matter of time until somepony found it.
Ocean Bird was on her way home from the Crystal Empire when she notices something red and glowing in the snow. Curious to see what she had discovered, she flew down and dug through the snow to see that King Sombra's horn was still intact. She took a glance at her surroundings to see if anypony was watching. As the coast was clear, she took the horn and flew home as fast as she could.
Once home, she set the horn down and snickered to herself Hmmm... with this, I could give commands to anypony! If anypony disagreed with me, I could flood their homes with gak shadows. Equestria will be mine! AH HA HA HA! AH HA HA HA!" *cute laughter*

It was a beautiful morning as Celestia's sun flashed through a window and fell onto a Pegasus mare. She began to stir and moaned at the light that Celestia brought over Ponyville, but it wouldn't leave so she decided to get up and head downstairs for breakfast. "I gotta get some shopping done today," Adrianna Starstorm said to herself, "otherwise I'll run out of food." When she finished her breakfast of pancakes and eggs, she looked out her window and thought this will be a good day, I just know it!
Never has she been so wrong...

The morning had been a slow one since not a lot of ponies seemed to be aroudn for cupid to match up with another." man I'm bored" he said to himself as he let out a sigh while he laid there on a cloud trying to find a way to make it so he was not bored anymore." maybe I'll go and see if anyone wants to talk to me" the pink colored pegesai said to himself before flying off to see if anyone wanted to spend time with him.

"Thank you for coming, have a nice morning!" Said the barista behind the bar as a jolly morning pony left Ianto's coffee shop with a bag of coffee cakes and a fresh cup of joe. Leaning on the bar and sighing, Ianto looked at his supply of personal coffee on the shelf behind him. "Almost running dry.. I should probably get that fixed." He said as another customer came in. "Welcome, what's your pick?" He asked the customer.

Got any instant ramen, Ianto? Pennington asked as he walked through the doors. I woke up this morning only to discover that I had eaten my entire supply on another all-nighter... I'm on my way to the store, but I haven't been able to eat breakfast... It had been a relatively uneventful morning for Pennington, though waking up without ramen had already made it unusual.

Scribe yawned as she streached her wings, walking down the streets of the crystal Kingdom. She was sing her magic to cause a rather long shopping list to hover in front of her. "It's going to be a busy morning for sure..." she sighed to herself. "Maybe I'll get breakfast at Ianto's first..." After a moment she put down the list, realizing she hadn't kept track of where she was at all. Finally, she spotted the barista and trotted in, standing beside another pony shyly "Um...I'd like some hot chocolate please."

This same morning, Spirit Dew, a young blue-violet pegasus stallion, tended to his morning flying session. Looping around, he slammed into a tree with quite an impact. Oww... Spirit said as he held his head. Quickly recovering from his minor injury, he flew into a thick patch of clouds and began backstroking in them. Nothing like a dip in the clouds to make a pegasus feel super relaxed! He said as he looked at the screen, thus shattering the 4th wall. Rainbow stole that line from me I know it! As he laid there, he saw a blue and white pegasus zebra fly by. Hey Eon! Spirit shouted out.
Eon Soul, a large blue and white zebra with wings, noticed the quirky pegasus pony calling for him. NO! He shouted as he kept flying. He knew Spirit wasn't going to listen, so he stopped abruptly and turned around. What is it this time? Eon asked, tilting his head to the side.
How about you and I go and get some tasty beverages? I know of a nice looking mare serving up some of the finest-
NO! Eon Soul landed and stomped his hoof. Last time we went "grocery shopping for a gallon of milk" we ended up running from the entire Canterlot guard and blowing up a lab in the middle of the Everfree Forest. Besides... water is the only thing we should be drinking. Eon said as he took a drink from a nearby pond.

"Instant ramen and a hot chocolate, coming up!" Piped Ianto as he went about his work speedily. Within seconds, a large cup of ramen noodles was placed on the bar and filled steaming water. Using his hoof to toss a spoon into the noodles, Ianto used his mouth and other hoof to pull out a bag with the letters "Cocoa Mix" written on it and slide a plastic cup beside the ramen.
Humming and swishing his tail, Ianto both stirred the ramen and prepared the hot chocolate. As he finished, he spun around and trotted out from behind the bar. Picking up both the cup of hot chocolate and ramen cup, Ianto presented them to the two waiting customers with a flourish. "Ramen and hot chocolate, as requested. Careful, they're hot."

"Well what do you expect from somepony so reckless at times, Eon?" Adrianna had walked up to two pegasus friends of hers, Spirit Dew and Eon Soul. "I can't imagine a calm and cool day with him, which is why I don't trust him around my sugar cubes." Adrianna said with a giggle.

Thanks, Ianto! Pennington grinned and sat down at the bar, staring at his ramen while the noodles grew soft. It looked as if the suspense was only making him hungrier. So, did you hear about that mess up at the Crystal Empire? Really crazy stuff! I wish that I could have been there! He was almost drooling into the cup, now.

Scribe smiled as she watched Ianto prepare the noodles and the hot chocolate. It was amazing what he could do without magic. It amazed her. She smiled as Ianto finished, and used her light blue magic to bring it to her mouth and drink. She smiled "Ianto, it's great as usual." she said, hearing the comment about the Crystal Empire. "It's doing much better now." Scribe said, "I'm in the process of writing the legend now." she said with a small smile.

"Yeah, I did hear, crazy scenario." Ianto said, trotting back behind the bar to clean a glass. As he was cleaning, Ianto looked out the window and sighed. "Wish I had some of their spices though to try.. Oh, and the ramen and cocoa are on the house."

Thanks! Pennington grinned and dunked his spoon into the Styrofoam cup, taking a huge bite. When Scribe mentioned her project, he sputtered and coughed, taking a minute to stop himself from choking. Y-You are? Who commissioned you to do that?
