Alec never knew he could both love and hate someone so much. After his boyfriend turned out to be cheating on him with his ex-girlfriend, Alec went to a bar to drink all of his problems away. There he met the bartender and instantly had a crush on him, the guy was cute and funny but he also annoyed Alec in a way he just couldn't understand. After it was closing time the bartender offered to take Alec home, Alec being drunk off his a**s only giggled and called him cute. Once at Alec's apartment he pulled the bartender inside, yes they had sex but it wasn't the drunken, sloppy kiss kind of night. It was more of the hair pulling, biting, clawing kind of night with a hint of arguing because the bartender had managed to piss Alec off. The next morning, Alec woke with a head ache and didn't remember much of what had happened that night. All he knew was that there was a strange man beside him and his back hurt like nothing before. As soon as the man woke up he hardly gave him time to even get dressed as he pushed the man out the door screaming that they should never talk about this and that it never happened. But, ------ didn't want that, in fact he was starting to like Alec with his cute, and stubborn ways.

*~Alec Nain~*Alec had just got home from the worst day of his life, he was failing a class, though that didn't really mean much to him because the class he was failing wasn't even a class he wanted to take. Aside from failing he also had to deal with back to back projects and having his boyfriend dump him by a text message. After walking into his apartment building he tossed his bag down by the door and sulked off into his room to get out a clean pair of clothes "I suppose I'll just got to the bar and relieve some stress." He mumbled to himself and walked off into the bathroom after sprawling his clothes out onto the bed. Alec turned on the shower and allowed it to warm up, once it was all warmed up Alec undressed himself and stepped beneath the warm spray of water.

Kai MatsushitaKai walked to his apartment having finished his classes at the community college and got ready for his shift at the bar. He would have gone to college earlier but he studied abroad to increase his drink variety and skills as a bartender. He sighed softly hanging his keys and tossing his bag on the sofa. He made himself some instant ramen and ate it quick before he hoped into the shower and washed himself up. He shut off the water and got out putting on his uniform and fixing his hair. He grabbed his keys and headed to the bar to take over for his shift. He walked down to his car and drove off to th bar. He parked in the back and walked in. "Sup guys? It's my turn to work my magic so head on out" he smiled as they talked a bit before he took over for his shift. After a while more people started to show up.

*~Alec Nain~*After his shower Alec wrapped a towel around his waist before going into his room to dry off and get dressed. He changed into something comfortable before grabbing his keys and looking around his apartment for a moment. Being content with what he saw he turned off the lights and left his apartment. The club was only around the corner frm where he lived so he didn't have to walk a long distance to get drunk. Once at the bar he took a seat by the counter and though of what he wanted to drink.

Kai MatsushitaKai served drinks and flirted with a few people every now and then when he got bored. He noticed Alec sit at the bar and thought he was cute as he gave him a quick look over. He walked over. "Hey. So what can I get you cutie?" he asked cleaning a few glasses as he waited for his order. A girl next to him asked for one of his famous Toxics. A strong drink he created himself and very popular. "Coming right up" he said and quickly mixed a bunch of drinks together and poured into a tall decorated glass and handed it to her. "There you go" he said.

*~Alec Nain~*Alec looked at him and rolled his eyes "Oh please..." He mumbled before leaning forward on the counter a bit "I'll just have a whiskey sour." He mumbled and looked at the counter for a moment, it was clean and Alec was thankful for that as he traced invisible circles on the surface. He sighed softly to himself and waited for his drink.

Kai MatsushitaKai nodded and started to make his drink. "Sounds like someones had a rough day" he said handing him his drink and cleaning up any cups people left or spills on the counter. "Hey Aaron go clean up those tables. I dont need any drunks breaking anything later" he told him and went back to doing what he was doing.

Alec mumbled and turned his back to the counter as he drank his drink, letting out a content sigh at the taste he looked around the bar "How about a vodka on the rocks and a long island ice tea as follow ups on this." He ordered as he placed his now half empty cup down and rested his head on the palm on his hand.

Kai MatsushitaKai rolled his eyes. He went back to work when he heard his order. "Alright and if you want something stronger to numb that mood of yours I suggest my famous toxics. For you im sure one would do the trick" he said figuring the other couldnt handle his alcohol all that well. Once he noticed he was almost done he made him the next order. He handed it to him and tended to some other customers.

*~Alec Nain~*"Sure, give me whatever you want." Alec mumbled while taking a sip from his other drink. He was already starting to feel tipsy and smiled a little to himself before turning back to the counter he sipped at the straw in his cup and watched Kai intently without any reason.

Kai MatsushitaKai nodded and left him to make some other drinks and tell the guys to clean up the tables. "Keep an eye on the guy at table 7 make sure you call him a cab if he decides to leave." he said and when Alec finished his drink he made him a Toxic and handed it to him. He could tell the other was already tipsy and knew he would to call a cab for him later.

*~Alec Nain~*Alec looked at the drink when it was placed in front of him, he picked it up and drank some of it and looked at him again "So what's your name anyway, mine's Alec." He questioned and crossed his arms over the counter, his cheeks a bit flushed from being tipsy. Alec laid his head down and watched him.

Kai MatsushitaKai got to take a break once everyone started going to dance. He looked at Alec who had now been staring at him for a while. "I'm Kai" he said when they introduced themselves.
