Tips:
To expel mucus from the body: mullen leaves, trumpet leaves, comfrey or jack in the bush.
Constipation: bitters and woodroot tonic, woodroot in the morning, bitters at night.
Sickle Cell Anemia: cassava, folic acid, beets.
Blood pressure: breadfruit leaves, mango, guava or soursop (graviola) leaves and capsicum or cayenne pepper.
Diabetes: Cerasse, dandelion root, mango leaves.
Two good things to travel with: bissy or kola nut and cayenne pepper (capsicum). Bissy expels toxins and poisons immediately and cayenne pepper stimulates all vital signs, the immune system, the digestive system, the nervous system, the circulatory system and the muscloskeletal system.
