Neko Queen Nala Wrote: "What happened to you?" Yuki thought as she noticed a human laying badly injured in the middle of a feild. It had been ages since a human had been seen as far as they where into feline land. Wanting to know how he got there yuki picked him up and carried him to her cabin just outside of the town. "Odd these are gun shots and from the looks of it he is lucky to be alive..." Youki thought pulling the bullets out of him and then bandageing him up. Over the next few days she went on with her life as normal only checking in on him.  Kris was unconscious as he was carried into a cabin and a few days later after he was treated he woke up and sat up slowly. He felt pain and confusion as he looked around. Where was he? He remembered his name, but he can't remember what happened to him and for that matter, where he was. "Hello?" he said as he saw he was in a form of cabin and was alone in a room. He reached behind and felt a bandage around where he was feeling very sore and pain. [want to use pics?]

 Yuki walked in careing a metal bowl like she had done everyday to clean his bandages and was surprised to see kris awake though she did a good job at controlling herself. "You must have one heck of a will to live to have recovered this quickly from being shot in the back three times." Yuki said in a soft voice not wanting to alarm Kris. After placeing the bowl on a dresser she walk over to him. "I am probly sure you have alot of questions so if your willing to remain calm i will do my best to answer them." Yuki said as she moved her tail slightly so she could sit on a chair.

Normally a regular human would be surprised at seeing a neko girl walk in, or rather someone not entirely human, but he just looked at her, remaining strangely calm. He understood somewhat now what happened to him, but "how" still eluded him. "Where....Where am I? What is your name?" he said to her. He looked over her form, finding her rather busty and her tail moving in ways that would only be natural movements. "I....I can't remember anything.......just my name....Kris," he said to her as he then realized that his past is all foggy with only that bit left to him.

Neko Queen Nala Yuki shook her head as he mentioned he could only remember his name. "Currently you are in my cabin just outside Vestra captial of the youkai land. My name is Yuki I am a doctor." Yuki said in a soft voice as she checked his bandages and was surprised that his injurys had healed so quickly all tha was left was some scars. "I am not realy surprised you can not remember when i first found you you had a bad cut on your forehead. That was probly due to a head injury which can cause memory loss." Yuki said her ear twitching a bit as she heard sounds like people walking up to her cabin though they where walking to softly for human ears to hear. "Odd normaly no one comes around here this late at night. Even the gaurds stick to the gates after ten pm." Yuki said thinking out loud.

Kris looked at Yuki for a moment. Hearing the footsteps approaching as they got right up to the door he pulled Yuki right into him and as if cutting off her protests three shots rang out as the assailants fired their pistols, the bullets piercing into the cabin and missing them. " bring out the man inside and we'll let you live," came a voice from the attacker. Kris had no idea what was going on or how he knew to pull her down to save her. "What's happening?" He said to himself more but also to Yuki.
( we can say firearms are at their infancy and not well used, so mainly swords and stuff)

"Thanks for pulling me out of the way." Yuki said before she heard the men people talking. "And i have no clue. I thought at first it was anthere youkai but, The smell in there air is more like yours then any youkai i met." Yuki said sounding a scared. It was clear she was use to many things but the look on her face she would not be able to fight who ever was threating to kill her. "We have to get out of here but ,My secret path is in the basement." Yuki said as the door broke open and the people started to enter the house. "Split up and kill anyone you see!" A man yelled.

Kris stayed close to Yuki, his movements slowed but able to keep up. As they arrived at her basement door one of the men came around the corner and pointed his revolver at Yuki. Kris felt a strong impulse and made a quick charge, pinning the man against the wall by the neck and taking the revolver from him. With a final push the man made one last gasp with his throat damaged and threw him aside. " quickly. Where is the exit?" He said to her and pocketed the weapon. He is looking pretty confused at what he did but now wasn't the time to dwell on it

As the run Yuki dodges and avoids items and things in her way showing great speed, agility and reflex. once at the base ment door she goes to walk only to be scared as she feels a gun pointed at her from behind though she breaths a deep sigh of relief as Kris quickly takes the man out. "Follow me!" Yuki says running down the stairs knowing to say it out loud could mean someone over gearing them. Once down stairs She walks over to a wall. The wall seemed like a normal basement wall untill she push in one place causeing the wall to turn some and opening a pathway to show a underground tunnel.

Kris watched as Yuki pushed a piece of the wall and saw a secret passage open up a path for them and he followed her inside. The door then closed behind them and he followed closely. He thought well on what happened back there and he looked at his hands. "What is a doctor doing with a secret path anyway?" he said to her as he kept close, though his hand brushed against her tail when he tried to regain his balance because of how fast they are going. Strange though that instead of being in a panic his body seemed very calm at all this, despite his mind trying to wrack things together

"If you think about it some it makes sense. As a well known doctor among youkais i make alot of enemies because i save lives. One group i saved made this tunnel for me saying it would help me get away without being followed.I must say i never thought i would actualy need to use it though. Normaly my speed, agility and reflexes is enough to evade any attack ." Yuki said before feeling Kris brush against her tail. She shruged it off as things like that had become common to her since alot of her patients use grabed her in some way or anthere when she treated on the battle feild. As she walked it was clear that she was not only thinking but worried. "There was something wrong about what just happened. First is how did those humans know you and that you where in my home. Second is how come those people acted more like the stealth gaurds for the queen then any human that i have encountered." Yuki said sounding a bit scared.

Kris still tried to think, but it was all a blur. Why were they after him? Did he do something that he doesn't remember doing? "I don't know. I don't remember anything," he said and it wasn't long till they managed to make it outside. He smelled the fresh air and caught his breathe, quickly breathing normally after he got over his panic. He took the revolver out and looked at it, feeling so familiar with it. "I don't understand any of this. Attacking them, feeling so familiar with this," he said then looked at Yuki. "Is there somewhere safe where we can take refuge in? We can talk more then," he said to her as he looked back at the exit, not wanting to stick around to see if they found the secret passageway. He placed the revolver back under his coat.
