 ((Still under construction, but feel free to role play as you wish.))
Located on the edge of town along the road leading to Canterlot. An average sized shop sits otherwise unassumingly on the side of the road. It had recently been uninhabited and left for sale. The current occupants (Sonya Dayeh the Unicorn and Xue Qichen the Lóng) are in the process of setting up shop.

 At the northeast edge of town, a small little shop and loft combo sat with a 'sold' sign on the front door. Overhead, a small little dot could be seen coming in from the East. That dot grew larger and larger until it was clearly visible what, or mor rather who it was. The dot was that of a small pony, but this was no pegasus flying in; it was a unicorn flying in. Standing atop a giant pile of boxes, which in turn was standing atop what could only be described as a flying carpet.But while a unicorn sitting atop a flying carpet was indeed a bit out of the norm, it was not the weirdest thing to happen as of yet; floating along beside the carpet looked like a 8 foot long snake with a red lions mane.The unicorn stopped the carpet just above the street in front of the shop, settling it down slowly. The snakelike creature floating about beside her. "Well, here it is. Our new home, what do you think of it, Chen?" The young pony said with a smile and a delighted sigh before turning towards her friend."I think you should get your money back." The strange creature grumbled lightly as it settled down on the ground beside the pony, apparently it's name was Chen. "Remind me again why we're settling down in some little podunk town while the city capital is a few miles away?""Oh hush you, there's nothing wrong with this town." The pony retorted with a giggle and a roll of the eyes. "Besides, I'm sure there are plenty of artifacts that are just waiting to be excavated."

Scythe Nebula, Crown Prince of Equestria and the Changlings entered the store to look around, coming to a halt and staring at the boxes oh I wasn't aware you weren't unpacked yet. I had hoped to look at your wares

"That depends..." Chen stated as he stood up from the box he had been buried in, pulling out an armload of little trinkets and bobbles to stack on the shelves. "Are you looking for maritime items, like compasses and sextants, or are you looking for actual ship parts? We've got a few of the first but we're not a maritime museum."

"An oil lamp?" Chen queried as he quirked a brow. "That doesn't sound like something you'd see on a ship..." Sunny looked over a handful of unpacked boxes. "We might have something along those lines in the Turkish and Saddle-Arabian antiques..."

Scythe peers at Chen Eastern if im not mistaken....longer body....ability to sense chi energy and no wings...I prefer your kind to the Western dragons. they can be a bit......off. he turns and looks around and oil lamps were used on many old ships.

Chen's tail flicked lightly as Scythe spoke about his 'kind' so openly. "Not many know of the Lóng... And they primarily used torches on ships, before the invention of the lantern that is. Saddle-Arabian oil lamps are too open to the environment to be properly used for maritime travel."

Chen stated as he gave the alicorn a once over. "As for what I sense about you, I sense a lot of things... You're more mixed up than a chimæra." "We haven't really yet had a chance to take inventory of what we have, so if you want you're more than welcome to take a look around."

Scythe looks the dragon up and down I think id prefer to have a chat with Mr. Xue here. he might be able to tell me about a statue I keep in my ship that seems to move around. its of an Eastern Dragon as well
