The Third Training Ground (第三演習場, Daisan Enshūjō) is a training ground where Konoha shinobi hone their skills. The Third Training Ground was the first place Team Kakashi trained, using the bell training and previously used by the team Hiruzen. The third training ground is a portion of land located inside of Konoha. There is a view of mountains in the landscape and a large and deep river with forests in the both of its sides.

Konoha Genin Nikko walked to the training grounds at a leisurely pace. When she arrived she spotted the boy and decided to keep quiet and see what he was up to.

Kurio would turn over on the branch and then fall out the tree landing on his face. He would roll left and right holding his face saying "Owie, Ouchie, ouch!" as he finally stopped, about five minutes later, he would lookup to see someone training. He would then sense another presence and would sigh. "What's up." he would say to the boy waving. He wated for a reply to stop waving.

Konoha Genin Nikko stepped out from where she had been watching the boy. "A few minutes before this one fell from the tree." She answered the boy as she pointed at the other one.

Konoha Genin Nikko gave a polite smile. "Yes, I am fully prepared. As for extra knowledge, might I inquire your name?" She asked the boy. She then shifted her attention to the other one, this time with a look of confusion. "I have no qualms about another opponent, so long as he doesn't, but don't you find that being asked to be called big brother might be easily misunderstood by others?" She questioned, pointing out the situation from her perspective.

Konoha Genin Nikko lightly bowed her head. "It is nice to meet you, Max. You can call me, Nikko." She said upon realizing she hadn't introduced herself either. She then turned her attention back toward the other one. "This applies to you as well, brother." She stated, humoring his request. Then turning back to Max she asked, "So, shall we be having a three man sparing session?" Obviously referring to the other one's offer.
