Hi everyone... I'm Madam Crumb (cough, or Hannah....) and I'm new here...
Right now I'm in my second year of art school for fashion design, but I do draw a whole lot.
I started off loving to draw with anime- I pretty much took any picture that I liked and tried to copy it. Then that evolved into gathering up a group of friends who also liked anime and collaborating to make a manga! Those were really fun times, gosh.

Hi! Nice to meet you! Do you prefer to be called Madam Crumb or Hannah? (I was gonna say "Hi, Hannah!" but I didn't know if that would be weird.)

That's awesome that you go to art school. I love fashion design too, but I haven't really pursued it in school even though I'm an art major.

What anime did you used to copy? I did that a lot when I was younger too...I have so many drawings of Sailor Moon characters, it's not even funny. sweatdrop

I didn't even know what anime I was drawing.. I never watched any shows or anything... I just stumbled across some images and drew it xD And even so, I am NOT good at drawing without observation. I could not make up a character and have it look legit if I tried. That's why when my friends and I did the manga, I was the writer :3

And as for art school- yeah, it's a blast. Except I am always second guessing my major in fashion. This is my second year in fashion design, and I absolutely hate sewing. I really really do. I might hate it as much as math... Oh good lord, that's bad. But designing is my passion. So, it's kind of a 50/50 thing there.

Yeah, I know what you mean. That's why I've never pursued fashion design as a career. I can design clothes on paper all day and never get bored, but I really don't think I'd like making the clothes in real life. I got a sewing machine for Christmas when I was younger and all it's done over the years is collect dust...haha.
