Personality: Kind, innocent, shy, clueless some times, cute, sweet, and isn't scared easily. The only one who can is Aki, and he doesn't even know how he does it.
Bio: Chi was born a Eevee and at the same time Aki was born, right next to her. That's when they first met. They aren't brother or sister, but for some reason their eggs were put together. Aki was a Pichu then. They staid together ever since, best friends. One day they were playing and Aki was so happy he evolved, this surprised them both. They continued playing till they couldn't anymore, they were like that. The next day they were captured and transformed into Gijinka. That's when Chi started to develop feeling for Aki and she didn't know what those feels ever, she would get so shy around him, and he would accidentally scare her all the time. One day they found a way to escape. But Chi was going to be caught, so Aki came out and made them chase him so Chi can get out. That was the last time they saw each other. Mew found found Chi and took her to the City. Now she feels alone, and often is staring at the sky.

Extra: Since they were made close together, some drops of blood were transferred into each other. So they can sense each others feelings. But they don't really know it yet.
