I was thinking if any of these dishes can be available for the Yule Ball;









*Twice-cooked pork:
A Szechuan dish. It is made by pan frying pork, cabbage, bellpeppers, and green onions with Doubanjiang or Tain mianjiang for flavor.
*Paella:
A Spanish dish where one cooks rice, meat, seafood, and vegetables in a shallow pot. Seasoned with saffron.
*Nasi Goreng:
An Indonesian dish made with pan fried rice seasoned with sambal, kecap manis, and terasi.
*Schnitzel:
A German dish. It is made by mixing together meat, flour, eggs, and bread crumbs, then frying the mixture in butter or lard.
*Yukgaejang
A Korean dish. The process involves stewing beef, vegetables, namul, and powdered chili peppers together very slowly. The resulting meal is very spice.
*Borscht
A Russian dish. Preparation is very simple: You just stew meat and vegetables together for a long time. The finished meal is garnished with beats and sour cream.
*Tom kha gai
A Thai dish made by stewing chicken, chili peppers, ginger, and nampula in coconut milk. Very Spicy.

As soon as all three contestants have posted here. (And maybe their dates, but some people aren't as active as others, so the dates might have to pretend they've been there the whole time after the main 3 come out)

When she walked in she locked eyes with her date. Hopefully he can dance. She held her clutch tightly and gracfully walked towards him.
"Behind the curtain?" She winked. Up close she was very, very, very handsome. Hopefully she wouldn't ruin the night. She tried to hide her nervousness.

Shesha Harlin

Outfit
He sat down on one of the fancy couches that were in the upstairs room (For VIP only) and relaxed as he waited for Shane to be ready. He'd seen Teo's partner, and she was quite a catch, and it made him want to see how brilliant Shane would look that much more. Shesha thrummed his fingers as he contained his excitement.

...Just about right for the Ravenclaw books.

Aaron confidently walks in with his sister clinging to his arm. He smiles at her and gives her a quick hug. "Calm down, Shane, you look stunning," he reassures her. He pushes her toward the upstairs room. "Good luck!" he calls after her. He sits at a table and waits for his own date.
Aaron's suit. Sadly, the only one that made sense for him.



Slytherin

A lump grows in her throat as her brother leaves her side. Or, rather, pushes her from his side. She hoped she really did look stunning. She'd been designing the dress ever since she heard about the tournament starting. Shane knew alot about the Tournament and had prepared as much as she could for it.

Dress description: The dress is a light-ish green and has translucent green 3-inch long straps. Below a sash, the part of the dress thats waist-down is gathered in one corner. A ribbon held together with a silver flower rests at her hips. The sash on her waist is dotted on one side with more tiny silver flowers. Her hair is lightly curled. Look to the left of my post. That is my link...T-T (OOC: I'd post the drawing i made of it, but I don't have a gosh-dang photobucket. Can I borrow someone's?! crying )

She walks into the room and spies Shesha. She gives him a sheepish smile and sits with him to wait for the last tournament participant to arrive–Layla. She takes in her friend's appearance. "You look...amazing!" she says, genuinely impressed.

This looks almost nothing like it, but I had to post something.

Slytherin

Shane sighs in relief as Telia comes in. "Thanks, Telia. You look just as awesome. Say, who are you going with?" she asks, her nervous smile still stuck on her face.
