So I love Daria, it is one of my favorite shows and after waiting and searching so long, I finally got the box set for the whole series and already watched everything, including both movies.

My friends always said I was like Daria or Daria was like me. I even have the dark hair and classes (going to cosplay as Daria in addition to Derek Stiles, both would be easy for me to pull off),

I remember crushing on Trent. I loved the graduation speech that she gave in the movie Is It Fall Yet?

This is the kind of stuff that I am into and can relate to so well.

Originally Daria started out as a character from Beavis and Butthead and ended with her own series, there was plans for making a Mystik Spiral spin off , but was rejected. The show is still popular, though ended years ago, but there seems to be some talk about possible renewal (though have I have mixed feelings as by now she would have left high school. I want to see the Mystik Spiral one, about Trent and his band).

I have some disappoints with the DVD, mostly the music as that was how I got into some songs, especially the song I May Hate You Sometimes by The Poises and Rock and Roll Lifestyle by Cake and some cuts. Oh well, at least I have the DVD. The music thing was kind of unavoidable.

Yeah, it was pretty much the last thing on MTV (I didn't get into it until I was a bit older).

Is It College Yet? That movie was actually the real finale. The graduation and all that.

LOL there were so many great and amusing characters. Mr. Demartino always cracked me up.
