Intro
I am doing a complete re-write of how our crew system works this means most VCs have been demoted (might only be temporary) Now the reason I am doing this is to prevent a large sum of inactive people from being labeled crew/VC when another member may be better fit to the job.
now we already have a few positions
Captain The leader of the guild. Has full veto rights on ANYTHING any of us crew/VCs say or do.
Positions
Guild adviser The guild adviser works directly with the captain on a regular basis to keep things going well. They also handle anything the captain needs help with such as announcements or guild police work. Has the right to ban/remove players if they see fit.
Now we also have some positions yet to be filled/made
Secretary Someone who can handle PM's about the guild such as questions and/or requests.Has a 1pt. vote in any session. Essentially will act as a buffer between the Captain/GA and the general members. (this will prevent questions/ requests and such from being spammed to the Captain/GA)
Counsel membersTake part in voting activities in the guild. They can be members,VC,or crew. They has 1 pt. in a voting session. Can also act as police and crew. (this is more of a position in the community you get for being active and proving you are trustworthy)
CrewWorks at policing and keeping the guild under control. Can directly PM the Captain/GA with any concerns or ideas/questions. Can vote with the counsel 2pt. Can operate basic guild functions Moving/locking threads etc.
PoliceThese are members without a crew status that act as undercover agents for the captain and GA. They also can directly contact the Captain/GA by PM or any other means needed to report any problems.
MemberThis is any player outside those listed above you have the ability/right to PM the crew about any concerns of something you see going in the guild that may not be allowed. (please be specific provide a link tell what player and explain what rule they are breaking and how.) You may post in the forums for role playing (duh we all can do that razz ) Can vote in guild wide events.
position notes
Now please note that just applying for a position will not get it for you right away or at all. There will be a vote among the counsel and above to decide if you get it.
You can not apply for counsel you will be granted counsel entrance when we decide you are ready.
Police should try to be secretive as we will need some to be ready for secret missions.
All positions above member status require logging in and checking your PMs at least 2-3 times a week.

Rules for application
1.Do not spam your application (pisses me and the others off you will get your turn)
2.Explain why you want the position and why you think you will be good at it also include your age (so we can get a feel for your maturity level)
3. be respectful and make sure you can actually fill the position you are asking for.
