Personality Description: Grant has never been one to 'share'. Like his father, he was simply told that there were two lessons in life; the rule of life and the rule of living. With his training and skillsets, he has always kept a hard, cold attitude which has been to do the mission, collect the cash, and beat the living s**t out of anyone who crossed him along the way. However, recently, he has been having...morality issues.

Equipment: Anything Grant can get his hands on, he can turn into a viable weapon. He keeps a lot of equipment in seperate containers in avarious places, but does also carry an assortment of weapons on him at all times, mainly small firearms, shivs and a large blade.

Powers: Super Physiology (enhanced strength speed and stamina), Super intellect (enhanced reaction time and coordination), Heightened Senses, Heightened Reflexes, limited healing factor
Abilities: He has excellent hand to hand combat skills. His arsenal is extensive and, with his augmented physique, he can turn any object into a deadly weapon. Nevertheless, he prefers his sword, throwing shivs, and automatic pistols.

Biography: Years and years ago, when Slade Wilson was still a part of the US Army and post 'medical experiment', he met a woman whilst on tour; Mercy Saunders, a young but tough British Army instructor, who was also serving the country country she was born in. Mercy, whose father had originated from this part of the Middle Eastern, was also serving as a translator in the wartorn hellzone, and sometimes was requested to accompany patrols to ease tensions with any stressed civilians. Law of the universe saw it as just two soldiers, serving two different countries for the same goddam reason, and nothing more. However, something did come about from this-about a year and a bit after they first laid eyes on each other, Mercy was forced into a premature leave of absence as it was revealed she was pregnant (though given the relationship between her and Wilson, it wasn't hard to guess who was the father).

Mercy took her son home, and raised him as her own. A few years later however, a group of men in suits came with paperwork to take custordy of Grant; due to the nature of Wilson's 'medical experiment', it was believed some of the traits had passed genetically from father to son. They had all the paperwork and signatures needed to transfer him over the waters from the UK to the US, where he would be monitored by those who created the project. 'For safety precautions'...

Grant never made it to the US. Instead, his unique genetic structure had gained the attention of Wilson, who had contracted HIVE (the Hierarchy of Vengeance and Extermination) to take his son under they influencial wing and turn him into an able bodied assassin such as himself. It was unknown whether this was a fatherly intention made by the man, or an experiment to create an equal to the mercenary. But, in the end, they succeeded, and released him into the world to make a living as the next top mercenary.
