An island shaped as a cresent moon, part shimmering in beauty and light, the other a rotting wasteland. Hectovictoria was once owned by an emperor by the name of Emmett. Emmett was married and had two sons, Hector and Hendrix, and a daughter, Tori. Thirteen years later both Emmett and his wife were murdered, leaving the children in charge. Tori and Hector were the eldest twins and had equal power. Both Tori and Hector had major disagreements, causing the land to be divided in the Hectorians and Victorians. Hendrix had no power, leaving him in charge of the Boarder, a battlefeild were Tori and Hector would send out their army to battle.
All people who enter the realm of Hectovictoria are citizens. Upon arriving Hectovictoria you must partake in two events. The Dividing and the Choosing. The Dividing is when you are put into your territory where you will be a citizen. The Choosing is when you find the wand that is right for you. IF YOU DO NOT PARTAKE IN EITHER OF THESE EVENTS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF JOINING THE GUILD, YOU WILL BE BANNED!
